The minister noted that a significant number of crop crops are grown in Russia. However, according to her, in order to achieve the goal set by Vladimir Putin - to increase the export of agricultural products by 1.5 times by 2030 compared to the level of 2021 - it is necessary to actively increase the export of processed products.
“We are increasing the export of flour, meat and dairy products. But we need to understand the world in which we live. Every self-respecting country wants to recycle itself, and that’s right,” the official believes.
The minister emphasized that currently the department’s key task is to grow wheat, because “the whole world eats it.”
