The gurgling chaos of everyday life gives birth to new forms of existence. It is difficult to describe the state of the world, which is rushing into the abyss, but there are people in our country who are not afraid of difficulties. It would seem, what else can pastors surprise their flock with today? Here's what.
The wonderful Semyon Lipkin once wrote about his colleague Kochetov: all Soviet writers see reality through the eyes of the party, as befits socialist realists, but Kochetov sees it through the eyes of the KGB. The observation is relevant. Optics with a punitive sight are even more relevant. Nowadays, the Kochetov phenomenon extends not only to literature, but also to related disciplines.
Over the past few years, Russia has produced a variety of historians, but Spitsyn did not get lost even against such a fertile background. When the interviewer asks him if he is a Stalinist, he readily answers: it is a high mission to be a Stalinist, I have not earned it yet. Spitsyn is steadily honing his upcoming high mission. Sometimes, however, his speeches resemble theater reviews, the author of which has not seen the play, but these are trifles. Collective memory is a viscous substance.
For fans of the Spitsyns, the sharashka camps and the Trojan War are all the same. This type of self-awareness is a heritage of the 21st century, when they began to inhabit native history like an abandoned dacha. They took some for themselves, the rest went into the trash.
Evgeniy Yurievich is a man of great passions. His credo is “history must be weighed heavily on the scales.” He does just that. Particularly courageously, “in a big way,” Spitsyn weighs the writer Viktor Astafiev, whom he calls “nit” and “scum,” on his individual scales. And all because in the unfinished novel “Cursed and Killed,” the front-line writer “threw mud at Stalin.” If Astafiev were alive, Spitsyn sighs dreamily, he would be tried for falsifying history.

Dmitry Pevtsov - People's Artist of Russia, State Duma deputy, first deputy chairman of the Culture Committee, bears little resemblance to Spitsyn, but he is also in some way from the Kochetov breed. The Niagara Falls fell on director Bogomolov (apparently in the secret hope of further promotions). The artist in power denies Konstantin Yuryevich everything - even his last name is wrong. Like, he is no Bogomolov, his main principles are blasphemy, abomination, shockingness.
And three theaters in one hand (although, it seems, two) were given to him only because of his marriage to Ksenia Anatolyevna. Therefore, he, Pevtsov, even in the credits does not want to stand next to Sobchak’s husband.
Pevtsov’s colleague at the State Duma, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Nikolai Burlyaev, is no less angry. He never tires of repeating: culture was sent to the panel and to the underworld (the location may change places, but the meaning never) was sent by Shvydkoy. The fact that Mikhail Efimovich left the post of Minister of Culture of Russia exactly 20 years ago does not change the essence of the accusations. True, everything is fine now. Burlyaev created his own “cultural front” - he defended the shrine from the Varangians. And his film “Lermontov”, shot in 1986, was finally released. The truth has triumphed: now the whole country knows that Lermontov was killed by a Masonic conspiracy at the top of the Nikolaev government.

You can, of course, dissect history and the moment, like Turgenev’s Bazarov dissects frogs. But the system lives, today and always, according to a different routine known only to it. So the conditional collective Kochetov is an excessive role. The direction of the punishing sword cannot be guessed.
Here is just one example, but there are hundreds of them. Comrade Stalin did not like Bulgakov, but let him die in his bed. But Babel was friends with the security officers and other high-ranking leaders so much that he was confident in his strength. Two things, he said, would never happen to me: I would not get pregnant and I would not be arrested.
Babel failed to get pregnant, but at the age of 45 he was arrested by the NKVD and executed on trumped-up charges of terrorism and espionage.
In the shadow of history, an interesting question remains: should government officials differ in any way from novice bloggers? What's the point of public tantrums? Language is a unique marker of human essence, which says a lot of unpleasant things not so much about the enemies of the speakers, but about themselves. Another cultural figure of the Duma, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Denis Maidanov, clarifies: we “make accents in society.”

Maidanov himself, fortunately, is non-aggressive. The composer, singer, producer, director is too intoxicated with himself. For the first time I heard a person publicly thank himself “for 10 albums.” He equally ardently thanks Sobyanin for the new production center “Young Winds”. In a word, cultural shepherds do not waste time.
If all these young and not very windy people could see themselves from the outside even for a moment, they would stop “making accents.” But this will not happen. The conveyor for the production of the necessary meanings runs smoothly.
