On January 3, the Yakut City Court fined the Number One club 250 thousand rubles. for violating public order (Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), the press service of the courts of Yakutia reported .
According to the court, the club’s management allowed “citizens to be naked, in a manner that offends human dignity, and to promote non-traditional sexual relationships.”
Representatives of Number One partially admitted guilt, but did not agree that the club “promoted non-traditional relationships.”
Officials from the Yakutsk mayor's office wrote a police report against the club on January 2, after a post about parties with trans people appeared in a local anonymous channel. Security forces came to the club and detained its executive director, bartenders and waiters.
