“She insulted me during the teachers’ meeting. After that I couldn't stand it. Previously, the school director said that she had “very long arms.” It was so humiliating that I saw no other way out. <…> They accused me of allegedly taking money from someone and not returning it. If I really broke the law, I should have contacted law enforcement agencies, and not organized proceedings at the teachers’ council,” said Muratova.
The woman added that her colleagues expressed support for her and demanded that the discussion be stopped, but the school director, Ainagul Bulekova, did not end the teachers’ meeting and allowed the proceedings to continue. According to Muratova, the director specifically asked her colleague to compromise the teacher. After this, at about eight in the evening, Muratova attempted suicide. She was taken to the hospital.
