There is a page for the film on the Wink cinema website, but it cannot be seen. It has not been preserved in the web archive, but is indexed by search engines, despite the fact that the picture is not searched through the internal search of the site.

There is a Mulholland Drive page on the Kion platform, but it is inaccessible (by default, the service shows the “Watch” button on the pages of all its films to all unauthorized users, but if you log in, it will disappear from the Lynch film page). The online cinema Kinopoisk has a page for the film, but it cannot be watched. The page itself is also not found through internal site search.

The film's page was completely removed from the Tricolor Cinema and TV website. At the same time, it was possible to watch the film on the service at least until March 2022 - the Kinopoisk page with a link to Mulholland Drive on Tricolor Cinema and TV was preserved in the web archive.

The film was also removed from the Smotreshka online cinema (formerly Megafon TV). The web archive preserves the film’s Megafon TV page . The link from Kinopoisk also led to it, at least until March 2022. In 2023, Megafon TV was reorganized into the Smotryoshka service. Currently, Smotreshka has a Mulholland Drive page , but the film itself is not available. It is also impossible to find the painting’s page through the site’s internal search.

In December of the same year, Vladimir Putin signed a law banning “LGBT propaganda” on the Internet, according to which online cinemas began to be fined for films with LGBT characters. According to Vorstka’s source in Kinopoisk, all online cinemas had to introduce internal self-censorship regarding LGBT content. “Some people blurt out, some cut out scenes, some take the films out of harm’s way,” says the interlocutor of “Vestka”.

David Lynch's Mulholland Drive is considered one of the most influential films of the 21st century. It, among other things, shows the love relationship between the two main characters Betty and Rita, played by Naomi Watts and Laura Harring.

Let us recall that earlier “Layout” told how Russian streaming services cut scenes with actor David Duchovny, in which he plays a transgender female character, from another work of David Lynch - the second season of Twin Peaks.
