The Kursk Garrison Military Court sentenced Russian serviceman Stanislav Lopatin, accused of looting. Two local residents told the Agency that their fellow countrymen continue to suffer from looting, of which the Russian military is suspected. According to them, the military continues to rob them even after their collective appeal to Vladimir Putin.
