A resident of the Irkutsk region, Vladimir Belkovich, convicted in the case of stirring white -blue -white leaflets with the inscription "Freedom of Russia", was transferred to the prison of the city of Yeniseisk (Krasnoyarsk Territory). In May 2024, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court sentenced Belkovich to 13 years in prison under the articles on the Stateizer (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), on the declension for terrorism (part 1.1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code) and on preparation for participation in a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 using part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code). The first three years of the term, the young man will have to spend in prison . In August, the verdict was approved .
According to the official version, Belkovich distributed leaflets at the direction of the participant of the Legion of Freedom of Russia, and also tried to attract his acquaintance to be stolen.
In June 2023, Belkovich was arrested for 15 days under the article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): also due to the chopping of the leaflets of “freedom of Russia”. Already in August, the young man was included in the list of “extremists and terrorists” of Rosfinmonitoring.

In March 2023, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized the organization of “terrorist” and banned its activities.
