During the week, Russian troops captured two fortresses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces) - the Great Novoselka and Toretsk (battles continue on the eastern and western outskirts of the city). Close to the fall and the third. The Armed Forces (Sun) of the Russian Federation occupied the northern and southern part of the Chasov Yara, which could lead to a fall in the positions of the Armed Forces in the ruins of multi -storey buildings in the city center. In the Kupyansky section of the front in the Kharkiv region, Russian troops expanded the bridgehead on the western bank of the Oskol River and are now trying to connect it with the territory of the Russian Federation in order to ensure supply and start an attack on Kupyansk.

Great Novoselka and Kurakhovo

• Russian troops captured the Great Novoselka - an important district center in the south of Donbass. Part of the Ukrainian garrison of the village, despite the almost complete environment, was able to depart the north behind the Wet Yaly River. Probably, only a few hundred fighters of the 110th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine remained in the Great Novoselka until the last. At the beginning of 2024, units of the same brigade were surrounded in Avdeevka, where they suffered heavy losses.
• Now the Russian troops in this area, judging by the last attacks, will focus on the elimination of the lean controlled by the Armed Forces to the west of Kurakhovo. There, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation entered the village of Andreevka from the north around the only Donetsk -Zaporozhye road available for Ukrainian units. Another group is approaching the same road from the south. Probably, in the coming weeks, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be forced to leave the ledge and move to the west.
• But even then, the Kurakhov group of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces will not pass the danger of the environment: soon farther to the west (in the area of ​​the village of Bogatyr) to the Donetsk - Zaporozhye highway, the troops coming from the Great Novoselka.

Pokrovsk

• The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the offensive to the west of Pokrovsk - the largest (pre -war population, along with the suburbs - about 150 thousand people) of the city in the center of Donbass.
• Russian troops captured most of the industrial region west of Pokrovsk. Kotlino and neighboring mines were captured, as well as part of the village is successful. In a kilometer north of the successful, there is the largest coke -coal mine in Ukraine, which gave two -thirds of this raw material for the country's metallurgical industry.
• The next goal of the Russian troops is the road Pokrovsk - Dnieper, which connects the city with the central part of the country. The advanced parts of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are less than five kilometers from the highway.

Toretsk and a clock

• The city of Toretsk (within the administrative borders) is almost completely captured by Russian troops. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation occupied the premises of one of the mines of the Dzerzhinskugol coal company in the north of the city. Then the road to Konstantinovka opens. It is covered by only another mine ("The name of the Holy Matrona of Moscow").
• The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation captured part of the Crimean - the western outskirts of Toretsk. There, the battles continue on the territory of another mine (“Toretskaya”).
• To the east of the city, Russian troops significantly expanded the control zone in another satellite of Toretsk - the industrial village of Shcherbinovka.
• Thus, the many -month battle for Toretsk ends with the victory of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, despite the fierce resistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Further, Russian troops will try to advance in the direction of the Kleban-Beak and Konstantinovka reservoir. Soon troops from Chesov Yar can soon be approached there.
• Having captured the north of the Chesov Yara, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began an offensive in his southern part - in the Shevchenko microdistrict and at the village of Stupochka. Soon, the city center (more precisely, the ruins of its multi -storey building) can be covered on three sides, which will complicate the defense of the city’s part remaining beyond the Armed Forces.

Kupyansk

• Russian troops expanded the bridgehead on the western bank of the Oskol River near Kupyansk. This became possible due to the weakness of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: in this section, the forces of the RF Armed Forces are opposed by one team of territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation occupied most of the Vedurechnaya village on the west coast, as well as part of the village of Novomlynsk and the prevailing heights next to it.
• Another smaller bridgehead of the village of West is and is more expanded closer to Kupyansk.
• Probably, the Russian command will try to connect bridgeheads with the territory of the Russian Federation: the border is only 12 kilometers from Novomlynsk. This is necessary in order to transfer heavy equipment and artillery to the "land" bridgehead. It is hardly possible to supply full -fledged divisions with equipment on a bridgehead on pontoon crossings through a full -flowing river: the APU will probably be regularly impacted on pontoons - including using the missiles of the Himars rack system.
