The 14-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of terrorism in November 2023. She spent almost a year in jail. They mocked her, she was raped by the cell neighbors - as a result, the girl has been in a psychiatric hospital for several months. And the investigation in the case continues

“She has dark hair, like mine,” says Olga , mother of the arrested Lyuba. - She painted three strands white. The investigator all asked why her locks were so informal. There, in prison, they cut these locks on her. ”

“Lyuba shy is her main feature,” says teacher Marina Kovalenko (she taught the girl additional English). - She seemed to me sensitive and sweet: she always smiled embarrassedly. Non -aggressive completely, very friendly. An ordinary teenager, not abandoned, mother was engaged in her. She has completely adequate teenage hobbies and adequate behavior. Thinking girl, not a dummy. ”

Lyubov’s parents are divorced for more than 10 years. When she was four, a stepfather appeared in the family. He works as an auto electrician. Mom Lyuba - Accountant. The girl has an older sister. According to the mother, the relationship with the stepfather has good ones. And she has not communicated with her father for the past five years: gradually he appeared less and less in her life, then disappeared altogether.

Lyuba studied not without triples, but mostly good. She was dancing for six years. She performed at different competitions: the wall in her room was hung with diplomas for performances, there are fifteen of them. She graduated from a music school in the guitar class. She was fond of electric guitar, listened to rock, tried to translate songs from English.

Homemade explosive device

On November 15, 2023, at 10 a.m. to the school where Lyuba studied, the police and investigators came. They interrogated the girl, and an hour after the interrogation to school they called her mother and said that her daughter was suspected of extremism: she blew the firecracker.

“I think: my God ... what is it? .. What firecracker? - recalls Olga. “The daughter roars, nothing can say anything at all.”

Mom shows a decision to inspect the home. Investigators, police, witnesses come to the house.

“They ask where the firecracker,” Olga continues. - Lyuba threw her into garbage, and the eldest daughter carried out the garbage. They ordered to go and find it, otherwise they will still find it in the cameras. The eldest daughter went, brought. Investigators called a dog handler with a dog. The dog did not respond to firecracker as an explosive device. The investigator again interrogated Lyuba. They finished at seven in the evening. All this time we could not even eat. ”

The next day, the girl and her mother were called to the Investigative Committee (SK) - supposedly for giving more subject indications. They came to 11 in the morning. In the UK they presented a decision to initiate a criminal case and on arrest.

“They were waiting only for a lawyer,” says Olga. - And at 16:00 we took Lubu. For us it was a monstrous shock. ”

The girl was taken to the federal correctional colony No. 1 in the Dmitrovsky district: there is an investigative insulator (pre -trial detention center) for minors.

What it was

According to Olga, her daughter in Tiktok stumbled upon several videos about teenagers who committed a mass murder in the American school of Columbine in 1999.

“Lyuba wanted to understand why they did it,” Olga believes. - I read several articles on the Internet about this tragedy, but I have not found an answer anywhere. And since she read, she began to come across more and more videos and links on this topic. ”

Under one of the video was a link to telegram channels , promising details about the life of those teenagers and why they did it. In order to join the second, closed telegram channel, it was necessary to sign the questionnaire template, in exchange they promised to send “secret information”. In the questionnaire (here Olga is incredibly retelling the words of her daughter), something like “I am going to arrange a massive and cruel sculpture in her school for four years later. Fair suicide at the end. Strong mood for murders. " Lyuba signed the questionnaire with the address of her telegram, and this was published in the channel as a post. She was not sent in return for any secret information.

Mom does not know how to explain the further acts of her daughter - adolescence maximalism or lack of attention, but her heart is torn from despair. Lyuba bought a firecracker, divided it into three parts. I blew up one part, recorded it on the video and posted it in a telegram channel. Two weeks later, the police came to the school.

“She made three small from one firecracker. I blew up one, scared and threw the rest, ”Olga explains, and her voice trembles.

The decision to initiate a criminal case says that Lyuba, “being in an unidentified investigation, joined the Telegram messenger group, in which the participants <...> promote deviant behavior, suicide and mass killings as a norm of life and a way to achieve their goals. <...> Thus, <...> became a member of the Columbine International Youth Movement, which, in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on 2.02.2022 <...> recognized as a terrorist organization and its activities are prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation. <...> Acting the functions of the participant, <...> was engaged in the promotion of the terrorist activity of this prohibited organization, took a direct part in the conducted discussions of previously committed mass killings. <...> In addition, realizing her criminal intent, <...> made three home -made explosive devices, which she later planned to use to commit the murder of two or more unidentified persons from among the students and employees of the school. "

Punishment under the article “Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism” - up to seven years of imprisonment, maximum punishment under the article “Organization of a terrorist community and participation in it” - lifelong imprisonment. Responsibility begins at the age of 14.

It is unsuitable for the explosion

Lyubov’s case was entrusted to the senior investigator Shchkov of the investigation department in the city of N. The girl was arrested on November 16, 2023, and the investigator appointed the explosive forensic examination only three months after her arrest. The expert opinion was received on January 31, 2024. It says that the device (firecracker), which Lyuba blew up, "is not an explosive device, it is unsuitable for the production of an explosion due to a large share of non -explosive substances in its composition." The lawyer has repeatedly stated this at open court hearings.

The girl’s lawyer also received a letter from Roskomnadzor, which reported that the two telegram channels in which she consisted were not recognized as terrorist, no such statements were received from the UK. The channels were blocked a few days after the arrest of Luba.

According to Article 175 of the Criminal Procedure of Russia, "if during the preliminary investigation the charges of any part of it did not find confirmation, then the investigator with his resolution stops criminal prosecution in the corresponding part." But the accusation has not changed.

And Lyuba remained in a pre -trial detention center.

"Rumizes non -stop"

Olga tried to do at least something so that the life of her daughter in prison partly resemble normal. For example, organize her remote training. But, according to her, her textbooks did not accept her. Olga wrote a statement about this to the prosecutor's office.

Two weeks after the arrest with the girl, the head of the Department of Minor Affairs of the city near Moscow, from where Lyuba came. Here's what she wrote in the report:

“The girl answered questions with difficulty, it was obvious that she was in long-term stress, the moral and psychological state is difficult, apathetic, suppressed, does not raise her head, does not look into the eyes, humped, sobs non-stop. There is no appetite, cannot fall asleep. He insists that he does not understand what happened to her, and that he will never return home. <...> From the words of his mother, the psychologist met with the girl once. In two weeks, the investigator allowed his mother one date with her daughter. At the end of the date, the girl hid under the table, sobbed into her voice. Employees of the Social and psychological service of the IK-1 say that the training there is organized only for minors of convicts, the suspects must form on their own. ”

From the school they reported: if Lyuba does not study, she is not certified in all subjects for the eighth grade.

In February, four months after the arrest, a teacher-psychologist met with anyone. She stated "a deterioration in the moral and psychological state of the child to a critical level. Obsessive movements of the hands, tremor of the limbs, characteristic of neurosis. During the interrogation, she choked with tears, could not answer the questions of the investigator, the interrogation was transferred to an indefinite date ... "

The report of the teacher-psychologist (the editorial office has at the disposal of the editorial office) about the features of children's behavior in the puberty. Specifically about Lyuba, it is still said: “It mentions the absence of appetite and insomnia. She stopped monitoring her appearance (refuses to visit the shower). These factors, together with the psychological trauma (being in jail, isolation from the family) are signs of suicidal behavior in adolescence children. ”

In March, the investigator Shkkov received a private court order that he violates the requirements of Article 6.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation on a reasonable period of criminal proceedings. The investigation was already too long.

The deadlines are unreasonable

On May 14, the city prosecutor’s office once again sent a requirement to the head of the investigative department of the city N on a reasonable time.

On the same day, Olga arrived at the next meeting to extend her daughter's arrest. Six months of detention has passed. Lyuba was sitting in the Aquarium in the courtroom.

"Mom, I can't no longer." The girl showed her her stomach - there were red spots from beatings. Then Lyuba dismissed her hair - right in the middle of her head was a long proplesh. The girl said that the cell neighbors beat her for three days. They removed part of the hair on the head with cream for depilation. They took away, broke and threw out photos of relatives. Lyuba tried to study in the cell - the neighbors took away and tore the homework.

Olga immediately asked the investigator of Shkova to accept her statement that her daughter was beaten in a pre -trial detention center. According to his mother, he did not accept the statement, referring to the fact that this is the problem of the FSIN and should be contacted there. Although, according to the instructions (instructions on the organization of reception, registration and verification of messages about a crime in investigative divisions No. 27314), he was obliged to write a report to the authorities.

The court extended the arrest. The next morning, Olga came to the reception in the UK and filed a statement that her daughter was beaten in a pre -trial detention center. She has not received an answer to him so far.

Next, Olga wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office about the inaction of the UK. At the request of the prosecutor’s office, investigator Shchkov replied that on May 21 he sent the results of the audit on the application of his mother about the beating of her daughter in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Dmitrovsky city district of the Moscow Region.

At the disposal of the editorial office there is the results of an audit of the prosecutor's office conducted in December 2024. It says that this document from the investigator of the WHO in the Ministry of Internal Affairs was neither on May 21 nor on any other day. And the mother’s statement was not even registered in the UK.

It is also said in this paper that in the criminal case of the girl “a red tape was allowed, comprehensive measures were not taken to establish all circumstances to be proved, which entails a violation of the reasonable terms of criminal proceedings.”

Calm, friendly, balanced

After extending the term of imprisonment in the pre -trial detention center, Olga asked the investigator with her daughter, he refused her without explanation. On May 16, the girl’s lawyer went to the colony. It turned out that they knew about the “violation of the content mode” there: it hit the video cameras.

The acting head of the correctional colony No. 1 in the Moscow Region A. N. Ushakov to the statement of the lawyer about the beating of his client replied that the administration of the colony was in the course .

The administration had a video of May 10, on which Lyuba, naked, with a sign of humiliating content on the neck, stands on the table in the cell and cries. The acting head of the colony told the lawyer and mother about this.

“Three girls, neighbors on the cell, wrote a sign, forced her to undress and stand in front of the camera,” Olga explains.

Mom begged the acting head of the colony to transfer her daughter to another camera. He refused. And, according to Olga, he replied that her daughters have to get used to the neighbors and adopt their laws.

A few days later, the administration of the colony had a statement by Lyuba that it was she himself came up with a naked on the table with a sign - "without physical and moral pressure, based on her hooligan motives." The colony administration on May 20 for this reprimanded her.

The editorial office has four characteristics for a student of Lyuba: from the Children's Art School, where she studied choreography for six years, from a music school in a guitar class, from a comprehensive school and a characteristic from a colony, which was written two months after the arrest.

“By nature, calm, non -conflict, sociable, <...> does not show criminal intentions. It does not allow violations of the content regime, does not have disciplinary sanctions, <...> polite and correct with employees and other prisoners, does not allow conflicts. ”

Four months later, the colony administration suddenly writes that Lyuba does not have “moral standards and behavior”.

"Put her slap in the face"

Olga says that on May 23 Lyuba wrote a statement that she admitted to “hooligan actions” under the dictation of an employee of the administration of a correctional colony: “If I refused to write an explanation of how an administration employee demanded from me, I would be put on a preventive accounting that cannot be removed ".

The acting head of the colony in the results of the internal audit writes (the report is at the disposal of the editorial office): “The accused performed these actions under the psychological pressure of the persons contained in the cell. The fact of these actions is confirmed by viewing the notes of the video archive. In the course of checking the conditions of content <...> it is seen that minors Irina, Catherine and Diana carried out moral and psychological pressure on the accused. <...> Minors are brought to disciplinary liability. <...> Facts confirming the threat of the life and health of the accused, the need to ensure personal security measures, has not been revealed. ”

The inspector of the PDN of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Dmitrovsky district in his report objects to him: "10.05.2024 <...> Minor Catherine committed beatings of the accused who caused physical pain."

Catherine herself in an explanatory note also confirmed that she had “moral and psychological pressure” on Lyuba, “seeing her weak psychological state: together with Ira and Diana, I grabbed her hands, the present supported me. In addition, I showed her what poses need to become in. ”

The same in the explanation is written by her neighbors. Diana: "The so -called so -called slapers applied the accused, in the future, kept with her in the chamber, exerted psychological and moral pressure on her, allowed and made her oppression."

The disciplinary commission of the correctional colony reports in the protocol that on May 11 the girls continued "moral and psychological pressure, judging by the notes of the video archive." One of the girls "put her slap in the face."

Olga was terribly worried about her daughter. She wrote to the chairman of the IC of the Russian Federation Bastrykin, applied to the General Prosecutor's Office. After that, a prosecutor’s check was held in IR in August. But the administration of the colony did not provide records from video cameras for May 2024 “due to the expiration of the shelf life of videos”.

After the audit, the head of the department for the supervision of the implementation of the laws on federal security, counteracting extremism and terrorism of the prosecutor's office of the Moscow Region M. V. Nikitin answered his mother that the leadership of the colony “actually self -challenges from the duties of the prevention of offenses among persons contained in worship”, In this regard, the leadership of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Moscow Region submitted a submission. It has not yet been considered. Other measures are not required.

On June 6, the investigator of the WHO was a refusal without explanation of the lawyer to conduct a lawyer to conduct a medical examination of the girl. На это обращение следователь не ответил. Свидание с дочерью Ольга получила в июле 2024-го.

«Ее [Любу] трясло, у нее появились тики на лице. Дрожало тело. Она не могла себя заставить уйти со свидания со мной. И говорить не могла», — вспоминает мать.

«Предложили мне покончить жизнь самоубийством»

С Екатериной, Ириной и Дианой Любу содержали в СИЗО с момента ее ареста. Избивать Любу соседки начали 20 апреля. В день рождения Иры.

В ноябре Люба описала все, что происходило с ней в СИЗО, в заявлении в полицию:

«20 апреля мы, начиная с обеда, готовились к празднованию дня рождения. Катя ущипнула меня, после чего я в шутку, не желая никого обидеть, спокойно ответила, что мне это неприятно. После чего все трое пытались заставить меня извиниться и утверждали, что я испортила им весь праздник. К вечеру очень злые все трое пытались словесно заставить меня окунуться головой в унитаз, так как я виновата в том, что испорчен праздник. Когда я ответила отказом, вышеуказанные лица затолкали меня в сторону двери, заломали мне руки и насильно окунули в унитаз. После чего Катя предложила всем помочиться в мою любимую чашку и этим облить меня. Остальные ее поддержали, и они это сделали. После проделанного эти лица плюнули в меня и облили маслом. После этого они угрожали, если я не извинюсь, сделать это снова. <…> я сильно испугалась, извинилась. Они отрезали мне белые пряди на макушке, назвав эти действия отплатой за испорченный день». В заявлении Люба описывает, как соседки кидают в нее помидоры, заталкивают ее под койку, бьют головой о стену… Рассказывается, как одна из соседок многозначительно спросила, нравится ли она Любе. «Я так боялась, что если я отвечу отрицательно, то меня снова будут бить и издеваться, я решила отвечать ей взаимностью, хотя ничего такого я на самом деле не хотела. Примерно в это же время все трое заставляли меня показывать им гениталии…»

Девочка пишет, что весь май она ежедневно подвергалась сексуализированному насилию. Ее принуждали к половым актам извращенного характера. Насиловали предметами. Если отказывалась, угрожали избиением.

«Я не сообщала об этом в связи с сильной непристойностью произошедшего и моим (даже на настоящий момент) отвращением к этому. В связи с сильным стыдом и страхом. <…> Я понимала, что с ними я не справлюсь и что они сильнее меня и смысла бороться нет. А если бы я что-то сказала сотрудникам, то есть администрации, то меня бы в камере убили, так как, когда все узнали, что они избивают меня, меня не перевели из камеры».

В длинном, полном отчаяния заявлении Люба пишет, что, после того как ей продлили арест 16 мая, сокамерницы начали склонять ее к самоубийству. И рассказали, каким образом она должна это сделать. А когда она отказалась, стали угрожать, что сделают это с ней сами. И девочка совершила попытку суицида.

Из медкарты, которую получил адвокат, стало известно, что «был составлен акт о наличии у обвиняемой телесных повреждений в виде неглубоких порезов на левой руке, в связи с вышеуказанным осматривалась психиатром, который назначил терапию флуоксетином и карбамазепином. Выставлялся диагноз “депрессивный эпизод”. <…> 18.07.2024 врачом-терапевтом выставлялся диагноз “нейродермит” на основании жалоб на высыпания на коже туловища, конечностей, сильный зуд, множественные расчесы по всему телу».

И даже после всего случившегося Любу не перевели в другую камеру.

«Мама, вдруг я опять что-то сделаю не так?»

В этой обстановке Любе удалось окончить восьмой класс (учебники ей передали в феврале 2024 года, после обращения мамы в прокуратуру). Большинство оценок — тройки. А от мучительниц Любу отселили только осенью, после того как на Lenta.ru вышла небольшая заметка о ее деле (в настоящее время материал с сайта удален).

Сентябрь для Любы прошел в Институте имени Сербского и в Бутырской тюрьме в СИЗО-2 — там проводилась психолого-педагогическая экспертиза. Девочке поставили диагноз «психическое расстройство» и рекомендовали поместить ее в стационар на лечение.

Заключение из Института имени Сербского следователь Возков получил 26 сентября 2024 года, но лишь 7 ноября вышел в суд с ходатайством о помещении Любы в психиатрическую больницу.

С тех пор уже 75 дней девочка в больнице.

«В СИЗО ее пугали, что в психиатрической больнице будет еще хуже, — говорит Ольга. — Она очень боялась, и я боялась. Но здесь над ней хотя бы не издеваются. Ее сначала поместили в маленькую адаптационную поднадзорную палату. Она не хотела из нее переходить в обычную, где больше людей. Теперь она очень боится людей. Я говорю: “Ты такая бледная, не хочешь выйти подышать воздухом?” — “Мама, — говорит она, — там же много людей. А вдруг я опять что-то сделаю не так?” Она не понимает, за что над ней издевались. Боится, что с ней опять начнут так поступать».

До больницы Ольге ехать два часа. Там по правилам она может провести с дочерью под надзором медработника только 20 минут. Люба попросила приносить ей больше заданий из школы. Сказала: «Не хочу, чтобы все тройки были».

Девочка останется в психиатрической больнице до 16 февраля 2025 года. Дальше должен решаться вопрос о продлении ареста и переводе ее обратно в СИЗО или о продолжении лечения.

Как рассказывает Ольга, она неоднократно просила следователя о домашнем аресте. Но он ей отказывал. «Мы теперь очень боимся, что ей будут постоянно продлевать содержание в психиатрической больнице, как продлевали содержание в СИЗО. Здесь есть такие, кто остается годами».

16 декабря 2024 года прокурор выписал постановление с требованием устранить нарушения в деле Любы — а именно волокиту. Городская прокуратура признала бездействие следователя и руководителя следственного отдела по уголовному делу девочки. Несмотря на это, в январе 2025 года следователь Возков был награжден как один из лучших следователей Московской области.

«Мне кажется, совершена ужасная необратимая ошибка, — говорит Марина Коваленко, Любина учительница английского. — Я не могу ее представить в тюрьме, даже не представляю, насколько сильно это ранило ее психику… Нужно как-то по-другому работать с такими случаями, когда ребенок без какой-либо криминальной предыстории совершает проступок, а не уничтожать жизнь…»
