The bulk of the amendments are made to rally articles. Now, under the threat of punishment by the protesters, it is impossible to block bridges, railway tracks, highways, tunnels and "transport nodes" determined by the municipality. It is also forbidden to interfere with the passage of citizens and take part in the shares demanded by the police.

In addition, fines and terms of arrest for disobedience to the police officer or his insult, non -compliance with the rules of the rally, blocking administrative buildings and roads, the use of masks and lasers on demonstrations, petty hooliganism and vandalism are increasing .

Protests in Georgia have been held daily since November 28, when the Prime Minister of Georgia and the Georgian Dream Irakli Kobahidze announced the suspension of negotiations with the European Union and the abandonment of its grants until 2028.
