A far-right march took place in Budapest. British neo-Nazis suspected of terrorism participated in organizing the march

The annual neo-Nazi march took place in the Hungarian capital Budapest on the eve of the “Day of Honor”. The event was organized in memory of the attempt of German and Hungarian troops to break the siege of the city by the Soviet army in 1945. Simultaneously with the “Day of Honor” march, anti-fascist actions took place in the city.

Far-right people from all over the world gathered at the “Day of Honor,” writes Radio Liberty. About four thousand people took part in the march, many of them had far-right symbols, some wore Nazi uniforms, Radio Liberty reported, citing AFP.

People came to the event in Russian military uniforms with the letter Z and the St. George ribbon.

The neo-Nazi music promotion network Blood & Honor participated in organizing the march, writes Bellincat . The British government suspects Blood & Honor of terrorist activities and has imposed sanctions on the network, the publication emphasizes.

Hungarian police officials told Bellincat there is “zero tolerance for Nazi ideology, open anti-Semitism and racism.”
