In Paris, a summit was held with the participation of more than 60 countries of the world (Russia was not among them), dedicated to the development of artificial intelligence. According to its results, a declaration was adopted, which was refused to sign the UK and the United States, BBC reports.

The declaration said the need for “open”, “inclusive” and “ethical” approach to the development of artificial intelligence technologies. The document was signed by France, China and India.

US Vice-President Jay Di Vincent explained that the document, in his opinion, involves too much pressure on companies engaged in the development of AI, "kills the industry who has just begun to grow."
