Against the activist from Karachay-Cherkessia, two criminal cases under the article on fakes about the Russian army based on hatred or enmity (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) due to Storis on Instagram. She herself told the OVD-Info about this.
According to the woman, in the summer the FSB officers searched her house. During the investigative actions, the security forces seized a telephone and a foreign passport. Immediately after this, the activist left Russia. In the fall, she found out that she was wanted under a criminal article.
Both affairs against women were excited in December 2024 at the report of the senior operative of the Federal Security Service for Karachay-Cherkessia, it follows from materials whose fragments are at the disposal of the OVD-info.
The first case was brought to the activist because of the publication in which mobilization is characterized as an instrument of ethnic purges. The second case was aroused because of the post with discussions about why the heroes are called by those who bomb hydroelectric power stations and leave people without light.
