The Munich Security Conference takes place from February 14 to 16. The day before it began, US President Donald Trump announced a meeting of American officials with representatives of Russia and Ukraine.
The conference chairman of Christoph Hoysgen later said that the German authorities did not accredit the Russian side and did not give out the visa to the diplomats necessary for participation.
Advisor to the President of Ukraine Dmitry Litvin specified that the Ukrainian delegation does not plan to negotiate with representatives of Russia in Munich, since "they are not found at an empty table."
