In court, one of the comments were brought in, because of which a protocol on “exciting hatred” was drawn up to the Petersburger: “Take the Gadov-Putinoids !!!” (Article 20.3.1 Code of Administrative Offenses).

The decision that has entered into force under this article allows, in the event of a similar reason, to initiate a criminal case against a person about “initiating hatred” (Article 282 of the Criminal Code).
