In April last year, a 37-year-old employee of the UK from Ustyuzhny was fired on the posts about Boris Nemtsov and Alexei Navalny in VKontakte. An anonymous denunciation was found in the mail of the investigation department in March of the same year. Even earlier, the immediate supervisor of the investigator received the screenshots of her messages from an unnamed employee from another village, demanding "conduct a preventive conversation about the inadmissibility of such behavior by civil servants."
The verification materials indicate several publications by Clainina. On February 24, she posted a poem with the words “give the body of the mother”, writing in the comments: “After how many circles of hell to her (Lyudmila Navalny) had to go through these 9 days. You can’t wish the enemy. Nonhumans. "
Three days later, the investigator published a group photo with a portrait of Boris Nemtsov and the signature “Killed for Freedom”, noting in a comment: “Freedom is expensive. Sometimes too. " On the day of the funeral of Navalny, she laid out on the page burning church candles without any comments.
Based on the results of the audit, Klunina’s action was recognized as “aimed at discrediting the activities of the IC of Russia and undermining its authority in society” and “supporting activities for the collapse of the current constitutional system in the country”.
In September, the Babaevsky District Court of the Vologda Oblast partially satisfied the lawsuit by Klunina, without agreeing with such conclusions. But now the Vologda Regional Court canceled the verdict, indicating in his decision that the actions of the investigator led "to discredit the activities of the IC of Russia and the undermining of its authority in the company." Klunina’s dismissal was still recognized as unlawful, as she alone brings up a four -year -old child.
In court, Olga Klunin did not deny the authorship of publications, but added that the post about Nemtsova “concerned his public political activity”, and he does not remember whom she called “nonhumans”.
