Europe needs such a level of cooperation that Washington should take seriously. Europe needs one voice, not a dozen. Even those who regularly come to Mar-A-Lala , should be part of strong Europe-because President Trump does not like weak friends. He respects power.

No decisions in Ukraine without Ukraine. No decisions in Europe without Europe. A few days ago, President Trump told me about his conversation with Putin. He never mentioned that America needed Europe at this table. This says a lot.

Ukraine will not abandon the goal of joining NATO. The core of any security guarantees for Ukraine should be membership in NATO. Or if not this, then the conditions that allow us to build another NATO, right here in Ukraine.

I already want everything just ended. People should not die in wars in the XXI century. And it does not matter what kind of people they are. They just don't. So far, it looks like Ukrainians will not like the outcome of the war. At least those Ukrainians who do not want to “just end” the war. There is a feeling that there will be forced territorial concessions from Ukraine.

At the same time, I am sure that Russian propaganda will turn any outcome as “fulfillment of goals” and “absolute victory”. Is it possible to call the victory the loss of countless citizens (killed or left), which almost put a cross on the real development of Russia in the coming decades? No. But for a long time, all this military campaign will be scorched, used in propaganda as a “sacred war”. This is a huge scar that will forever remain in the history of Russia.

But I don't care. I understand perfectly well what each side will say. How they will present the outcome of the war. How will those who do not like it react (on both sides). But this is all an absolutely meaningless discussion. How can one argue about whether it will be a “fair” or “unfair” end, [if] people will continue to die in the process of bringing to a “fair” formula? It will be fair to just finish and never start anything like it again. And I don’t care who will have to make concessions for the sake of peace. The world should be.

I do not know how I will talk about the war in the future. How I will communicate with friends from other countries, with Ukrainians. But there will still be time to solve it. And now I just want the end of this horror.
