But this problem did not appear today. I mean, when the healthcare system in Russia was organized in such a way that the doctors were forced to write patients to work on crutches, patients with consistent fractures and so on.

I personally observe this phenomenon from about the second half of the zero. Repeatedly saw electricians, electromechanics, who were discharged from the sick leave. Imagine that his fracture did not grow together, but they send him to the supports. Electricians are not working in offices!

But this is not all, some of my friends took disability and sent to work.

The Russian media bypassed this problem, but now, during the war, when soldiers on crutches are driven into battle, this phenomenon suddenly began to illuminate. Want to cause pity? Is it possible to regret people addressing Putin?
