The Soviet District Court of Ulan-Ude fined 300 thousand rubles to an employee of the Buryat IK-7 Galina Baldanova in the case of the Donates of the Corruption Fund.
The verdict was sentenced on January 28, the Mediazona drew attention to the court’s decision .
Galdanov was found guilty of financing extremist activities (part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The court decision states that Galdanova was “negative” to the activities of Russian President Vladimir Putin and state authorities of Russia. According to the investigation, after the recognition of the FBK “extremist organization”, an employee of the FSIN transferred the organization seven donates for 600 rubles. The exact dates of the translations in the decision are not indicated, it is said that they were made monthly.
One of the employees of the FSIN, who acted in court as witnesses, said that Galdanova visited a certain site and left negative reviews about the Russian authorities. The woman was summoned to conversations in the department of her own security, where “she asked a number of questions, whether she consists in campaign groups, whether she supports the opposition” Galdanov “reacted violently, defiantly, refused explanations,” the witness said.
Galdanova did not plead guilty and said that she did not send the FBK money after the organization was declared extremist. When she was detained, it is unknown. In the list of extremists and Rosfinmonitoring terrorists, it has been located since May 2024, Mediazona notes.
