The Naberezhnye Chelninsky City Court of Tatarstan sentenced 55-year-old Andrei Pichurin in a criminal case on a repeated discredit of the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), the ATS-Info*writes. The reason for the persecution was some comments in Telegram under the nickname Dr.who. In December 2023, the same court sentenced Pichurin an administrative punishment under an article on the discrediting of the army.
Against the activist from Karachay-Cherkessia, two cases were initiated under an article about “fakes” about the Russian army based on hatred or enmity (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) due to Storis on Instagram **. According to the activist, in the summer the FSB officers searched her house. During the investigative actions, the security forces seized a telephone and a foreign passport. Immediately after that, she left Russia. And in the fall I found out that she was on the wanted list.
The first thing was to call his name the girl was brought up because of the publication about the mobilized. The second thing is because of the post with the discussions about why the heroes are called certain military personnel.
The Avtozavodsk District Court of Nizhny Novgorod sentenced to three years of the general regime of the former member of the local branch of Yabloko Mikhail Sharygin in the case of participation in the "headquarters of Navalny", reports "Nizhny Novgorod Political Red Cross."
Sharygina was found guilty of participating in an extremist organization (part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code) due to two reposts of publications of the “Navalny headquarters” in a personal telegram channel and on a page in “Odnoklassniki”.

In the debate, the prosecutor stated that the Nizhny Novgorod by these reposts formed a negative idea of what was happening in the country in order to "prevent the implementation of [his] and the appointment of military liable citizens for military service."
Sharygin was detained in February 2024, after which they sent to a pre -trial detention center. Earlier in 2020, he was convicted of the justification of terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to a fine of 400 thousand rubles. The reason was his comment under the news about the ambulance, which could not drive due to illegal construction.
According to Sharygin, in the case file, the FSB officers wrote that he "chronically suffers from criticism of power and uses the Internet to conduct prohibited activities."
The Murmansk Regional Court sentenced the MSTU student Artem Konstantinov , who told about the threats of the security forces due to communication with a friend from Ukraine, to 13 years in a maximum regime colony on charges of treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), Interfax reports.
The FSB Center for the FSB claims that Konstantinov in Telegram seemed to “establish contact with representatives of the Ukrainian armed formation and expressed consent to the entry into it for subsequent participation in the fighting in Ukraine against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.” According to the security forces, the student was also associated "with the representative of the foreign special services and carried out the tasks of the foreign side."
The press release of the court said that the student was found guilty of sending a voice message to the SBU that compromises the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which was later published on the Internet. The court also considered that he sent photocopies of documents on the activities of the military registration and enlistment office of the Murmansk region. Konstantinov fully pleaded guilty.
In October 2022, the student told human rights activists that the FSB officers threaten to initiate a criminal case against him for several months because of correspondence with a friend from Ukraine and trying to persuade him to cooperate.
Konstantinov then said that in June 2022, the security forces detained him when he came to the university for the exam. They put a bag on his head, and then put him in the car. There, the student was forced to unlock the phone, knelt down and, according to him, supposedly beat on the head, demanding to confess to the SBU. On the same day, a laptop, a telephone, flash drives were seized at his house and aimed a warning about the inadmissibility of the Stateizer. Over the next weeks, the security forces continued to call him to “informal conversations”.
The Rostov Regional Court sentenced Alexander Babkin , who was accused of Gosizman, to 12 years of strict regime. Presumably we are talking about the engineer-designer “One of the enterprises of the defense industry in Rostov-on-Don”, about which TASS reported, referring to the press release of the regional FSB.
Babkin was charged with the transfer of information about the enterprise to the employee intelligence of Ukraine. According to the prosecution, the engineer allegedly corresponded with the GUR employee in one of the messengers for two months, sending him the data that "could be used by Kiev to damage both the enterprise itself and the security of Russia."
The Voronezh Regional Court appointed 14 to 18 years in prison to three men on charges of Gosizman, RAPSI reports .
According to the security forces, Ruslan Vlasov, Ivan Ignatov and Alexander Filimonov from December 2022 to May 2023 gathered information about railway bridges and the military in the Krasnodar Territory, the Voronezh and Rostov regions. In addition, they seemed to send the Ukrainian special services employees a photograph of the FSB and airfield management.
The Prosecutor General’s Office claims that the accused were preparing to make arson, one of them found ammunition during a search. In addition to the Stateismmen, they were accused of calls for extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) and illegal storage of ammunition (part 1 of article 222 of the Criminal Code).
To the largest term - 18 years in prison - sentenced Filimonov. For 14 years, Vlasov and Ignatov were appointed for 14 years. All three were also banned for a year and a half to administer sites, forums and chats.
A resident of Nizhnevartovsk August Dobrovolsky was fined 100 thousand rubles under the article on the propaganda of LGBT (Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the crisis group of the SOS*SK*told.

The student was detained last year during classes at the university. The reason was the closed LGBT chains in Telegram, in which he communicated. The denunciation of it was written by participants in these chats.
In the police department, the security forces allegedly applied, according to lawyers, to Dobrovolsky physical violence, defeated his phone and put a knife to his throat.
The police tried to force the student to name the names of all his acquaintances “gays”, checked the phone and wrote out contacts.
Also, the security forces, as the lawyer suggests, could force the student to participate in the fabrication of criminal cases, sign false testimonies as a witness in the criminal case of the murder of 2018, invited him to work as a “lumpy duck” and go to the front to the front.

Strukova was placed in a schizo for 11 days. What was an occasion for placement is unknown.
This is his third hit in the schizo since December 2024. According to Strukov, the first time he was sent there for 15 days due to the fact that he did not leave the workplace in the sewing workshop during lunch. After that, he found out that he was fired from this production, and now he should work at a sawmill.
Immediately after leaving the schizo, he was appointed another 15 days. At that time, he did not specify what reason the colony administration found. Strukov assumed that they wanted to put him out with a “malicious offender” in order to transfer it to strict conditions of detention.
“For my part, I see that they are simply bad and biased because of articles and try to chase“ patriotism ”and love for the homeland with different ways,”,
- said Strukov in one of the letters.
The journalist of RusNews Maria Ponomarenko was appointed 30 days a schizo. The political prisoner herself told about this during a court session, reports Rusnews.

Now Ponomarenko is serving 15 days in the insulator, and on March 6 she will be placed there for another 15 days. The reason for both penalties was that the prisoner threw dishes into the wall.
In the schizo, according to Ponomarenko, half of January was not hot water, and the tea there was served cold. In addition, 50 cards sent from the insulator did not reach the addressees.
Ponomarenko said that, against the backdrop of being in a schizo, she has panic attacks: the prisoner grabs her breath, she loses consciousness.
The abbot of the Moscow Center Zen and the programmer Ilya Vasiliev was sent to the punishment cell for 15 days in the Moscow SIZO-1 Sailor Silence, the OVD-info writes with reference to his lawyer Gevorg Aleksanyan.

According to him, on February 12, Vasiliev and his cellmates were sent to the bathhouse. At the exit from there, the deputy chief of the pre -trial detention center was waiting for them, who immediately made a comment that their hands were not behind them. The security officer indicated that this is a violation of the internal regulations.
That same evening, a commission was held in a pre -trial detention center, which sent Vasiliev and his cellmates to a punishment cell for terms of five to 15 days. Vasiliev was appointed the longest time for the penalty, despite the fact that this was his first violation.
The prisoner signed a document in which he recognized a violation of the internal regulations. On Saturday, February 15, he was placed in a punishment cell, giving out clothes two to three sizes smaller. Vasiliev himself associates the recovery that during a meeting in a court on February 12, he asked provocative questions to the FSB officer, who acts as a witness in his case.
