The Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev agreed on the candidacy of Tatyana Sergayeva to the position of the head coach of the Russian national rhythmic gymnastics team, Interfax reports .

Degtyarev noted that the choice of the candidacy of Sergaeva “meets high requirements for preparation” in gymnastics.

“She has to maintain the best traditions of the domestic school, but take into account new realities,” he said.
