In the Urals, a crisis of local self -government declares itself everything louder. Deputies of Revda self -exposed the Duma

The Revda Duma made a decision on self -dissolution. This was achieved by deputies from United Russia, who accused opposition colleagues of blocking the work of the local government. 14 deputies voted for the samo -sampling, three Communist Party members were against it, the Novaya Gazeta correspondent reported at the meeting.

“We, all the deputies present, see in different ways the completion of some city problems, in different ways we see the development, improvement and content of our city. And I hope that people who really agree and work constructively will come to the new convocation. But now the Duma has come to a standstill, I think. And we have no dialogue. I personally have neither with the head nor with the administration. We need a reboot. I hope there will be a high turnout and residents will put an end to whom they want to see in the next Duma, ”said the speaker of the Duma, a member of Fair Russia, Veniamin Tarov, regretfully.

In total, in the Duma of Revda, 17 deputies are ten United Russia, four deputies from the Communist Party, one of whom supports United Russia, and three of the Just Russia. The initiative of the self -dissolution was introduced by United Russia. And the head of the faction, Yuriy Myachin, accused the opposition deputies that the Duma could not work normally due to their resistance.

“Its main message is such that three communists interfere with the work of the whole Revdin Duma. It is not clear to me how three people in this way can interfere with the work of the Duma that she suddenly decided to self -dissolve. In my understanding, the situation looks different. It seems to me that the rats escaped from the drowning ship. This is a metaphor. And the comic or tragedy of this situation - the rats themselves were drowned, ”said the deputy from the Communist Party Andrei Belyaev in his speech.

The fact is that the Duma of Revda since April 2024 cannot accept amendments to the charter of the city, renaming the urban district to the municipal. This is the requirement of the Federal Law on the Organization of Local Self -Government, according to which those urban districts, where there are less than two -thirds of the urban population, but the population density exceeds the Central -Russian one five times or more, should become municipal. Russia began the transition to this system in 2020 and by January 1, 2025 should complete it.

Opposition deputies believe that due to the transition to a new norm, the city allegedly will not be able to use its budget and it is not clear how innovations will affect the work of the administrations of the settlements that are part of the Revdinsky city district.

As the independent local publication Revda-Info wrote, the goachin reproached the opposition for that due to their resistance, at least two schools in the city lost money for overhaul. And if it continues further, then the city allegedly can lose other budget subsidies according to state programs. The prosecutor’s office threatened the Duma. However, the opposition still blocked the adoption of amendments to the charter.

In early February, the Duma had already tried to self -dissolve. But then the question was suggested by the head of Revda Tatyana Klepikov. Otherwise, according to her, the city budget could not spend 90 million rubles from the regional budget, which the city water utility should pay off the contractor for the repair of sewage. Today, deputies considered the issue of self-dissolution of the last, 12th. He approved the expenses for extraordinary elections - about 12 million rubles, as well as a number of technical amendments to local decisions in order to bring them into line with the project of the new Charter of Revda.

Extraordinary elections of the Duma can be held already in May, in a conversation with the correspondent of the "new" speaker Vyacheslav Tarov. This is the deadline for which the Duma needs to be re -elected.

Olga Barbachkova, chairman of the territorial election commission of Revda, told the “New” that the commission will gather at the meeting to approve the date of the election, no earlier than next week.
