The Leninsky District Court of Orsk has appointed five defendants a case of protests in Baimak for five years of a general regime, according to the court’s website. The Mediazona drew attention to the press release.
The defendants were accused of participating in the riots (part 2 of article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the use of violence for the life of violence in relation to representatives of the authorities (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code).
According to the card of the case, we are talking about Aitugan Abdullin, Murat Bikbulatov, Denis Ikbaev, Aibulata Nigatov and Ilmir Ryskulov.
In early February, six more defendants in the case were sentenced to terms of four and a half to five years in the colony.
The affairs of the participants in the folk gathering are considered not in Bashkortostan, but in neighboring regions. The prosecutor's office demanded this, claiming that the defendants could put pressure on the participants in the trial.
