In Primorye, repeatedly convicted veteran will again go to trial for waving a machine gun at the shopping center immediately after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall

On March 23 last year, literally the next morning after the terrorist attack in the Moscow Crocus, in the parking lot of the Sedanka City shopping center in Vladivostok, a person with AK-74 was detained in Vladivostok. He waved his weapons, reloaded him in front of the frightened citizens, and eyewitnesses claimed that a fighting weapon.

The man was quickly detained. As it turned out, the culprit of the commotion is a veteran with a speaking “Kipish”, and his machine gun is hunted (by the way, he looks no different from the fighting). Nevertheless, the violator was charged, and after exactly the year of the deputy prosecutor of Primorye approved the indictment. According to the prosecutor’s office, a 40-year-old resident of the Oktyabrsky district “is accused under paragraph“ a ”of part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed with the threat of violence towards citizens). ”

At the same time, Nikolai Vizochkanich, while under investigation, continues to take part in patriotic events, including with the participation of schoolchildren, and justifying himself for what happened, says that he did not want to and was generally injured during the special operation.

The prosecutor's office reminds:

“In March 2024, the defendant, while in the parking lot of the shopping center on the street. Poletaev in Vladivostok, took out a hunted assault rifle of Kalashnikov from the car and, hanging it on his neck, imitated the weapons to combat readiness. Next, the man put the machine on the hood of the car and began to equip his store with light -sounding cartridges, thereby demonstrating the desire for the immediate use of weapons. These actions caused panic among visitors and employees of the shopping center, who were later evacuated. ”

Nicholas did not hide much - he did not understand at all what was wrong with his behavior. Therefore, the detention operation was quite smooth. Soon after, the employees of the Russian Guard and the traffic police were awarded the insignia of “Primorye. For merits ”, the administrator and security guard of the shopping center, as well as a man who turned to the security and then the police, received the same awards from the governor’s hands and a security guard, as well as the police. It turned out to be a well -known lawyer German Syrevatsky in the region, who went to a shopping center with his son that morning.

Immediately after the incident, Syrevatsky said that he even approached an armed man with questions. He replied: yes, they say, a fighting weapon, and shooting right here is easily. He unfastened and fastened the store with cartridges, twisted the shutter ...

The Russian Guard and the traffic police began to be pulled to the shopping center, the people began to evacuate, the administration opened the barriers from paid parking. The queues for leaving were formed, and two men with a machine gun in the car also got into a cork.

Even passing by the central entrance to the shopping center, before security, they were equipped with cartridges right on the front in the front seat, German Syremovatsky said.

Then the men were detained from the car. As it turned out, they are veterans with the call sign “Lexus” and “Kipish”. The criminal case was brought against the pod, who “indulged” with weapons. Against his friend, “Lexus”, aka Alexei, a criminal case was previously instituted for storing a combat grenade. Specifically, on this episode there are no questions for him: Alexei was driving Nissan Note and allegedly did nothing reprehensible.

And then the information differs. According to some data, immediately after the detention, the men told how they woke up in the morning in the village of Pokrovka (130 km from Vladivostok), wanted to shoot, found an announcement on the sale of hunted cartridges and went to the Sedanka City shopping center for a meeting with the seller.

Nikolai Vasilievich Vizilichkanich himself, so we recall, the name of the hero, after a while, trying to justify himself, distributed an appeal through loyal bloggers, in which he pretended that he knew nothing, and weapons were generally a “educational automatic”. Allegedly, he also said to Syrovatsky during the conversation that the automatic is a training. He referred to the fact that he conducts patriotism lessons in schools and is engaged in volunteering. This is true: there are references to his service in the Tiger Volunteer Detachment, and an interview on the state radio channel. And already under the investigation, in February 2025, Vizichkanich took part in the installation of the “Hero's desks” in the “step” center in honor of the deceased on his colleague Kirill Konev, as reported by the Vladivostok City Hall.

According to Vizichkanich, he does not know why the seller of hunting cartridges made him a meeting near the shopping center. And he, having bought the goods, did not do anything like that: he simply “took out a machine gun from the cover, took off the horn, inserted a couple of rounds into it and placed the horn again in Kalashnikov. And he allegedly did not know about the tragedy in the suburbs.

“And now I, as a terrorist, were closed for 8 months in a pre -trial detention center, and they opened a criminal case under the article Hooliganism with weapons. But, I did not threaten anyone, I did not want to apply as an automatic machine, I did not threaten them. A resident, I suppose I was simply scared against the background of the attack. But we must understand! Well, we must find out what's what. But no one wanted to listen to me. It turns out I suffered for not doing.

I wrote how it was. And you already decide whether I am guilty of or not. And to those who hung the shortcuts of the terrorist on me without understanding - you shame. I love my country very much, and defended its interests in his zone, lost its legs, partially paralyzed the right hand, fragments in the leg and chest, the strongest contusion. For which he received the Order of Courage. ”

No one wrote about this, but Nikolai Vasilievich Vizichkanich was previously repeatedly convicted of robbery by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (twice) and for fraud by a group of persons. So, in the sentence in the latest criminal case of Vizichkanich (in 2018), it is said that he was drunk in Ussuriysk, when he saw a gold chain with a cross on a woman, grabbed her neck, twisted his hands and abducted jewelry. Since this happened during the period of condition for fraud, he was given 3.5 years in a maximum security colony. He, nevertheless, did not leave prison, but after serving a real term.
