Meet bloggers who criticize the West and call foreigners to Russia - enjoy "traditional values." These bloggers are considered independent, but pays them the propaganda channel RT

Probably after this, the channel chose another strategy - to issue content on sites that are not formally related to the editorial office of blogs. “Important stories” have discovered several channels related to RT - they publish old videos of the TV channel under the guise of their own, support the war in Ukraine, criticize the policy of the Western authorities and actively promote the move of foreigners to Russia - for “traditional values”.

Real Reporter and his "real" propaganda

This is one of the first videos on the English-language YouTube channel Real Reporter, registered on March 31, 2022 in Kazakhstan. The description of the channel says that its goal is “providing a balanced and unbiased content”. The channel is dedicated to "people and their stories."

At first, Real Reporter published a video from the Russian hinterland with extreme weather conditions - Oymyakon, Yakutsk, Chukotka, but soon began to release content on political topics. For example, the sanctions practically did not affect the Russians, how Russian industry copes with import substitution, and the economy is growing , interviews with Russian mobilized , who want to “repay the debt” to the country, with foreigners from Europe , the USA , Canada and Australia , who move to Russia for a better life.

Now Real Reporter has almost 300 thousand subscribers on YouTube, and some videos are gaining millions of views. The blogger released a video only a few months after the launch of the channel - after he received a lot of comments about “who the hell is he like that”.

The blogger said that his name is Konstantin, he from Yekaterinburg and began his career as a leading weather forecast on regional television. He worked on various Russian television channels for 12 years, illuminating international news. At some point, thanks to his magnificent English, he ended up on RT Documentary (RT unit, which releases documentaries). Soon after, he realized that he wanted to do his own content, and created Real Reporter. He concluded : "Now my rather successful career on television in the past."

Nevertheless, some commentators doubted that Konstantin is an independent blogger. “It is interesting that you started your channel a month after the Russian invasion and after RT was prohibited. In the video, the RT logo is replaced by the Real Reporter logo. After receiving a request from the “important stories”, the blogger hid the issues about Oymyakon and the singing on his channel-now they are not available, but are preserved in the web archive.

At least until the end of 2021, Konstantin Rozhkov officially worked on RT as a special corner-for example, his report on migrants in the camp near the Belarusian-Polish border. Now Rozhkov’s references as “RT specialist” no longer appear on the site, his @Spetscorr telegram channel is also deleted.

But contrary to the statement that his “career on television in the past”, Rozhkov still works on RT. According to the Federal Tax Service and the materials of the leaks, at least until 2024, inclusive, he received money from ANO “TV-News” (legal entity RT). In 2023, for example, he earned more than 680 thousand rubles per month. Street polls sometimes appear on Rozhkov’s blog - they are conducted by a graduate of Moscow State University Nina. She, according to Rozhkov, helps him on a volunteer basis. Nina asks passers -by how they relate to the Americans, whether NATO consider NATO for Russia and how sanctions influenced their lives.

As “Important Stories” found out, Nina gastard is a graduate of not only Moscow State University, but also the journalistic school of RT . "Russian Path" for foreigners

“I will never return to this country [US] ... I cried when I got off the plane [in Russia],” says Crane.

In addition to an interview with the Russian Road, Crane starred in documentaries for “RT.Do”. In one, he walks along the occupied Donbass in a cap with the letter Z (“When Tofurius witnessed how NATO shells amaze civilians, he could not hold back his tears and began to apologize for his country”). «Новая газета Европа» ранее рассказывала , что Йост получает зарплату от RT. «Важные истории» также подтвердили, что она работает в АНО «ТВ-Новости».

Йост официально трудоустроена на RT с марта 2023 года. Примерно тогда же на ее канале Sasha meets Russia начали появляться профессионально снятые и смонтированные видео. Согласно документам, которые оказались в распоряжении «Важных историй», официальная зарплата Александры в 2024 году составляла 160 тыс. рублей в месяц. На вопросы «Важных историй» Йост не ответила.

«Запросить» западного блогера для освещения какого-то события можно с помощью соучредителя «Добро пожаловать в Россию» Мартина Хельда. На его компанию «Герой» зарегистрирован домен windows2russia.ru , предлагающий такую услугу.

«Время, когда западные СМИ были технически заблокированы в России, а российские СМИ цензурируются для западной аудитории, делает нашу работу необходимой, как никогда, — рекламирует себя созданный Хельдом сервис. — На Западе люди часто не имеют представления о том, как на самом деле устроена жизнь в России».

Также на «Герой» зарегистрирован сайт иммиграционного агентства Vista immigration. Именно его советует выбирать для переезда в Россию чат-бот Welcome to Russia одноименной организации под руководством Марии Бутиной.

В январе 2025 года Мария Бутина заявила , что с 2022 года в Россию переселились 3,5 тыс. граждан западных стран. А за три месяца с начала действия путинского указа в созданную ей организацию «Добро пожаловать в Россию» обратились 200 человек. При этом с начала полномасштабной войны из России уехали и не вернулись как минимум 650 тыс. человек.

«Папочка канцлера» — «забористо», но с цензурой

В 2021 году в Нижегородскую область переехала семья Хирш — уроженцы Германии, Ремо и Биргит. Супруги решили построить в России «экологичный поселок» для таких же эмигрантов из Германии, как они. Семью быстро взяли в оборот местные власти — Ремо назначили советником губернатора по вопросам переселения иностранных специалистов в Нижегородскую область, а Путин в исключительном порядке вознаградил семью Хирш гражданством.

Про пару иммигрантов из Германии, влюбленных в Россию, сообщили многие провластные СМИ. В том числе YouTube-канал «Папочка канцлера», на котором интервью с немцем набрало 400 тыс. просмотров.

«Папочка канцлера» освещает новости Германии и делает интервью с немецкими иммигрантами в России. Канал ориентирован на русскоязычную аудиторию, но многие видео сопровождаются субтитрами на немецком. «О Германии: Забористо и без цензуры», — говорится в описании канала.

Ведущие канала не стесняются в выражениях. Они называют Германию «вассалом США», выборы в стране — «мышиной возней», Владимира Зеленского — « фюрером ».

Ведущие «Папочки канцлера» открыто поддерживают ультраправую пророссийскую партию «Альтернатива для Германии» (АдГ), называя ее «любимой партией» немцев. Они регулярно критикуют действия немецких политиков, но не АдГ. Создатели «Папочки канцлера» не упоминают о том, как финансируется канал. Рекламы на нем нет, монетизация для российских аккаунтов отключена YouTube. Однако в выпусках регулярно появляются четыре ведущие: Сюзанна Перечесова, Марина Закамская, Ксения Быкова и Екатерина Григорьева. Согласно данным об их доходах, к которым получили доступ «Важные истории», все четверо получают зарплату от АНО «ТВ-Новости» — то есть RT. «Эффективность любого контента зависит от совпадения предпочтений аудитории и, собственно, месседжа, — продолжает Анна Фенько. — Скажем, RT может выбрать некие группы людей, например, инцелов , которым будут рассказывать, что все девушки в России очень красивые, послушные. Для тех, кто не любит мигрантов, они будут производить контент про то, как в Европе много мигрантов, а в России все хорошо. То есть находишь какую-то группу людей и давишь на их болевые точки. Алгоритмы соцсетей настроены на то, чтобы люди получали тот контент, который им нравится. И да, это будет эффективно. На Западе тоже много обиженных людей. Невозможно человека, у которого все хорошо, убедить, что надо поддерживать Путина. А вот человек, который обижен своим правительством, не представлен своими СМИ, он будет слушать эту пропаганду».

Блогерам не удастся привлечь в Россию значительное число мигрантов из западных стран, но создать позитивный образ России — вполне, рассуждает Анна Фенько: «Традиционная цель пропаганды — это привлечение в свой лагерь “полезных идиотов”. Привлечь их дешевле, чем, например, подкупать политиков. Не нужно тратить миллионы, несколько блогеров обойдутся в какие-то копейки. Дальше они [RT] надеются таким образом влиять уже на политиков. Поскольку на Западе все-таки демократия, политики вынуждены считаться с мнением так называемого народа. А если народ говорит: “давайте мы запретим аборты”, “давайте мы запретим миграцию”, “давайте мы перестанем поддерживать Украину, потому что это нам дорого” — то, соответственно, любой политик будет с этим считаться. Они [нынешние российские власти] этого хотят».
