Representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan completed negotiations and agreed on the text of a peace agreement, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the two countries .
The head of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan, Jahun Bayramov, said that Armenia accepted the proposals of the Azerbaijani side at the last two inconsistent points of the agreement.
“At the next stage of Baku’s expectation, Armenia should amend his constitution, which still contains territorial claims to Azerbaijan,” the minister said.
In Yerevan, in turn, they confirmed that they were ready to start consultations with Baku on the terms and place of signing the document.
