“European Pravda”: Representatives of Ukraine in negotiations with the United States said that Kyiv would not agree to limit the number of Armed Forces and do not refuse membership in NATO

Ukraine will not agree to limit the number of Armed Forces of Ukraine and will not refuse membership in NATO as part of a possible peace agreement with Russia. Representatives of the Ukrainian delegation said this by the United States at a meeting in Gidd, a source of European Pravda, close to negotiations.

According to him, the meeting in Saudi Arabia did not provide for the coordination of the position on the agreement on the end of the war, but the Ukrainian side informed American partners about its "red lines". So, according to the Ukrainian diplomat, Ukraine cannot return these territories a military way, but does not recognize them Russian and will try to return them with the help of diplomacy.

In addition, as part of the meeting, Ukraine insisted that a clause on the exchange of prisoners be included in the final statement. Kyiv expects that if Moscow agrees to a 30-day ceasefire, there will be more exchanges.
