The Prosecutor General’s Office recognized the “undesirable” in Russia the European Analytical Center The European Leadership Network, according to the website of the department.

The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that the organization receives funding from NATO, the British Foreign Ministry and the Finland Foreign Ministry, as well as the Henry Bella Foundation, which the Russian authorities recognized as “undesirable” back in 2022.

“The real tasks of [the center] are the propaganda of the concept of NATO expansion, the promotion of the anti -Russian agenda, and the demonstrative support of the crimes of Ukrainian neo -Nazis. On its information resources, the organization places materials in which countries that disagree with the course of the “collective West” are called aggressors, and the goals of a special military operation are aggressive, ”the Russian department says.

The center has a unit of Young Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Tlantic Security, which is engaged in “collecting various kinds of information and work with youth,” the Prosecutor's Office adds. It received part of the financing from the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, which are also recognized as “undesirable” in Russia.

The European Leadership Network is a European analytical center that describes its work as the development of practical solutions for political problems and security issues. The organization states that it helps to strengthen security in Europe with the help of its research, publications, events, media work and high -ranking representatives of political, military, business and diplomatic circles. The organization’s office is located in London.

The European Leadership Network Council includes the former Russian Foreign Minister and Secretary of the Security Council Igor Ivanov. Now he is heading the Russian Council for International Affairs, among the founders of which the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. The organization and Ivanov itself are under the sanctions of Canada - the authorities of this country consider them involved in disinformation and Russian propaganda related to the war in Ukraine.
