The Ministry of Justice included four more people and one media in the register of “foreign agents”, according to the website of the department. This time, the list got:
- Kinocritics, journalist Ekaterina Barabash, accused of the case of military "fakes";
- Blogger Jesusavgn (Alexey Gubanov)
- Musician Glory Tolstoy;
- TV presenter Alexei Lushnikov;
- The publication "Vowel".
The Ministry of Justice claims that all of them opposed the war in Ukraine and disseminated "inaccurate information about the decisions made by the public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policy they pursue." Barabash, Lushnikov and Tolstoy also tried to form a negative image of the Russian army, the department believes.
It was also noted there that Barabash collaborated with foreign media and took part in the creation and distribution of the materials of “foreign agents”.
The publication “Vowel”, which talks about the situation with the rights of women, according to Russian officials, was engaged in “propaganda of LGBT references”, participated in the creation of “foreign-agents” materials and distributed the materials of “unwanted organizations”.
Also today, after checking the Ministry of Justice, the “Project April”, which is engaged in the prevention of the spread of HIV infection and the help of socially vulnerable groups of the population in Togliatti, was excluded from the Ino-Agents Register. The organization received the status of "Inoage" in 2015.
