Why did the inhabitants of Achha-Martan forced to look at the bloody corpse of a teenager-terrorist for several hours?

On the evening of April 7, an 16-year-old native of Chechnya Eskerkhan Khumashev attacked, attacked with a knife on the traffic police officers standing on Akhmat Kadyrov Street in the center of the Chechen village of Achhai-Martan.

A video appeared on social networks shot by the surveillance camera from the store, which is located about thirty meters from the attack site. It shows how Khumashev runs out of the store, rushes to the employees of the Chechen police, jumps on one of them and beats in the chest with force (a knife at such a distance is not visible). Then the attacker jumps on the second policeman, but he manages to dodge - and at that time the first employee shoots at Khumashev from, apparently, a service machine. He remains to lie on the ground, on the video it is not clear whether he gives signs of life.

However, on the shots removed clearly it is clear that all three employees of the Chechen police are alive and are quite confident on their feet. According to eyewitnesses, the police remained at the scene for a long time, waiting for the arrival of the investigative-operational group.

At the same time, they did not cause an ambulance either for themselves or for Eskerkhan Khumashev.

Apparently, this could be the immediate cause of the death of one of the employees of the Chechen police, the ensign of Rizvan Dubaev, who, according to our source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic, died after hospitalization due to great blood loss from the injury. If he were taken to the hospital promptly, our source says, he would be saved. The second employee of the Chechen police received tangent stab wounds, non -hazardous for life.

The next day, the head of Chechnya held a meeting with the republican security forces, during which he stated that the organizers of the attack were in Turkey and, of course, in Ukraine (as such Kadyrov called several names of the Chechen opposition bloggers, whose activities of the republican authorities are unsuccessfully trying to stop for several years). Kadyrov, according to the Chechen tradition, laid the responsibility for this attack on the relatives of Eskerkhan Khumashev, despite the fact that he himself said that Khumashev was constantly living in Moscow and came to Chechnya only for the holiday of Uraza-Bayram.

But Kadyrov could not reach Moscow, so he ordered everyone to expel everyone to the unified relatives of Khumashev from Achkhoy-Martan and at the same time withdraw their property.

On April 9, in the Achkhoy-Martan, near the administration building, local residents were forced to assemble, including Chechen schoolchildren of about the same age as the minor Khumashev. After the performance of the head of the Achkhoy-Martan administration, a truck arrived, and before the assembled residents they threw a body wrapped in a bloodied oilcloth. The security forces took people “in the box”, and they stood and looked at the corpse of Eskerkhan Khumashev for several hours and could not leave. Several women, according to eyewitnesses, published by the publication of the Caucasian Knot (recognized in Russia as a “foreign agent”), it became bad, they lost consciousness.

The intimidation event has already ended, people dispersed, the cordon was removed, the movement was restored. And the dead man lay in the center of the village almost until the evening. And in itself, this was an egregious violation of the norms of Islam, according to which to bury the Muslim, whoever he was, relies on the day of death strictly before the sunset.

What is the result of the fate of the corpse of Khumashev - it is not known, the Chechen authorities have already stated that the body would not be given to relatives for burial.

The Russian state media about the demonstration of the corpse of Chechen schoolchildren did not write anything as an act of intimidation. This allowed the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov in response to the question of whether the actions of the Chechen authorities to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation come to get off with the following commentary:

Indeed, it is pointless to ask the Kremlin what they think about the dead bodies lying in the cities and villages of the Chechen Republic, which Ramzan Kadyrov, summing up the results of his 18-year-old government, recently called the “pearl of the Caucasus”.
