Kirill is accused of several particularly serious articles of the criminal code. According to investigators, Kirill disabled railway tracks in the annexed Crimea in order to “disrupt the supply of the Russian group of troops” that is fighting in Ukraine.

Later, according to Kirill himself, he was offered to slander people he did not know in exchange for a reduced sentence. After the refusal, articles about treason, terrorism, undergoing training in terrorist activities and organizing a terrorist community were added to the charge - allegedly a group of ten people, among whom Kirill planned a series of sabotage and even an attempt on the “top officials of Crimea.”

Kirill alleged torture during his arrest, but denies the accusation itself.
