The 17-year-old son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, Adam, was appointed secretary of the Security Council of Chechnya. The official website of the department says that he has held this post since April 2025.

“Kavkaz.Realii” notes that Kadyrov was first introduced as a secretary in the Sobvez telegram channel on April 21. The post said that, on the instructions of Adam Kadyrov, his deputies held a meeting with the deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the republic, Rizvan Zalaev.

Before Adam Kadyrov, according to the Security Council website, the secretary since 2016 was the nephew of the head of Chechnya, Khamzat Kadyrov. According to the calculations of “Caucasus. Previously, he was appointed curator of the special forces university in Gudermes, two battalions of the Ministry of Defense, head of his father’s security service, and at the end of March - curator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Chechnya .

In addition, at the end of February, 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov became a member of the Arab Arbitration Court of the League of Arab States. This department can resolve commercial disputes between legal entities and even states. Adam Kadyrov is also recognized as an honorary journalist and excellent ambulance worker.

It was after the beating that Adam Kadyrov began to be given awards and appointed to high positions. He was also recognized as the youngest leader in Russian history. For this he was included in the Russian Book of Records , and was also awarded a medal for its popularization.
