In November 2024, it became known that on the emigrated galleryist Marat Helman, a case of justification of terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) was initiated. In this case, searches were held in Perm-at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Permm, the art director of the museum Naili Allahverdieva and its commercial partners-and in the Moscow Region at the head of the online cinema of Kion Igor Mishin.
