The top manager of the OKKO service was fined 200 thousand rubles due to the age -related “16+” mark with the film with LGBT Demonstration

The justice of the Judicial section No. 162 of St. Petersburg fined the deputy general director of the OKKO online cinema to Elvir Dmitrievskaya for 200 thousand rubles due to the age marking of the horror film “The abduction 101”. Attention to the court ’s decision was drawn by the “Guys+” project.

The protocol on Dmitrievskaya was drawn up due to the fact that the OKKO website was indicated that the film was designed for people over 16 years old, when, as a “demonstration of non-traditional sexual relations or preferences,” it should have a “18+” marking, the court’s decision said.

The top manager of OKKO was fined under an article on the “demonstration” of LGBT references with improper age-related labeling (part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). A similar protocol for the online cinema itself in early March entered the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg, it should be considered on April 30.

According to this article, which appeared in December 2022 as part of a package of amendments on “propaganda of LGBT”, both online cinemas and television channels themselves, as well as their leaders. In 2024, the court in St. Petersburg twice fined OKKO a million rubles in protocols about improper marking. In August 2023, the judge cost a warning for Dmitrievskaya, but since then she was assigned at least five fines, notes “guys+”.
