They both found guilty of the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements (part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code).

The investigation considers Kim and Dubas by the organizers of the tour of Moscow collectors on August 20, 2023, as a result of which eight people died-among them was a 15-year-old girl.

On that day, Digger Konstantin Filippov and seven more people went on a tour of the collectors of Neglinka. When it began to rain heavy, the water in the collectors rose sharply, the excursion participants could not get to the surface and died. According to meteorologists, then 60% of the monthly rainfall fell in Moscow.

Shortly before the tragedy, Filippov, who conducted an excursion, contacted Dubas - he clarified the details of the route from the experienced Digger. Kim became the accused in the case due to the fact that tickets for the tour of the collectors of Neglinka were purchased through his satellite service. On August 23, 2023, both of them were sent to a pre -trial detention center.

Then, another person involved in the case of the general director of Avangard LLC Alexander Lazovsky was put on the wanted list. According to MSK1 , Avangard also sold tickets and certificates for unusual master classes and extreme entertainment.
