The 70-year-old former head of the Kamchatka branch of the Yabloko party, Vladimir Efimov, want to transfer to the Primorsky Territory, the party’s press service said .
According to the defense, Efimov was awarded the order to transfer to another region and the route receipt, since there are alleged places in the colony in Kamchatka. In January 2025, the court sentenced Efimov to the two years of the penal colony in the case of discrediting the army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). Earlier, in 2022, he was fined for anti -war publications and a demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of article 282.4 of the Criminal Code). Given all sentences, the total term of imprisonment for him was two years.
