The resistance movement against Donald Trump was headed by American judges

Last Friday, the feds arrested the district judge of the County of Miluo 65-year-old Hannah Dugan, who tried to hide in the court building from the Mexican seizure group Eduardo Flores-Ruis, the first warrant for the deportation of which was issued in December 2013. He was deported to his homeland, but soon crossed the border again and in recent years he worked as a cook in Miluoki. Flores-Ruis is still illegally in the United States, but is also accused of domestic violence and "causing physical pain or injury."

A repeated illegal crossing of the border is fraught with prison for up to two years.

The incident, for which Judge Dugan was arrested, took place on April 18 in the County of the County of Miluoi. It is described in the most detailed in 13-page affidavit by the FBI employees Lindsay Schromer, which is part of the investigation brigade in the case of Judge Dugan. In social networks, resistance calls Schloomer “traitor” and writes that she should have abandoned this assignment.

On April 17, a representative of the immigration department concluded that Flores-Ruis is in the United States illegally and is subject to deportation, and wrote out the so-called administrative (unlike judicial) warrant for his arrest. The authorities found that the preliminary hearing of his case of family violence was scheduled for about 8 in the morning in the courtroom No. 615, occupied by judge Dugan. As it was started, they were going to arrest Floresa-Ruis after the end of the hearing.

From Affidavit Schloomer, I learned that immigration authorities arrest in courts only suspects in criminal cases, but not administrative. The capture group consisted of six people in civilian clothes and included ICE employees (immigration-soiled service), the FBI and the drug control department. At the door, the documents of the federals were checked by a guard who called his sergeant, who let them into the building, saying that they would not go to the courtroom, but wait for the facility in the corridor. Soon after the federals warned the court’s personnel about their presence, a lawyer from the free legal assistance department approached them and suddenly photographed everyone.

When the culprit of the celebration of Flores-Ruis appeared on the floor and entered the judge of the judge Dugan, an amateur photographer informed her that the uninvited federals were waiting in the corridor. According to the investigator Shloomer, this route was “unusual”, since only jurors, escort, court officers and prisoners under the escort, as a rule, go through this door. Lawyers and accused who are not in custody never use this door. But it was used by Judge Dugan, who immediately made a current heroine of resistance.

The most eminent defender of the judge is the Republican Paul Clement, who has served as President Bush Jr. General for three years by the United States, that is, the third deputy minister of justice, representing the government in the courts. Since 2000, the Clement more than a hundred times participated in the debate in the Supreme Court - “more than any government or private lawyer,” his biography says. He is called the "best lawyer of his generation."

Clement's partner, the former chief federal prosecutor of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Steven Bespik, was appointed Bush to this post and has great connections in republican circles.

Democratic agitprop immediately christened what was happening by the next “constitutional crisis”.

The list of prominent democrats supporting Judge Dugan continues to grow. For example, the former presidential candidate, Senator Amy Klobuchar, joined it. "This is abnormal!" She reacted indignantly to the arrest of Dugan.
