At the end of April, the security forces detained another student in St. Petersburg at the building of the twelve colleges in St. Petersburg, student Lati Stepan Timofeev. He was also charged with an article on the organization of an inconsistent event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the “Science of Dead” campaign. The court arrested him for three days.
