The occupation head of the New Kakhovka of the Kherson region Vitaly Gur recorded an apology for the video in which he swore against the background of the monument to the heroes of war. He published them in his telegram channel the day before, the publicist Oleg Kashin paid attention to this.

Gura also recorded the new video against the background of the monument. According to the official, the video with obscenities was shot a year ago without his knowledge, it carried a “comic character”.

Gura emphasized that he did not want to "defile the memory of the dead warriors of the Great Patriotic War." He noted that for him Victory Day is the "main holiday."

“I want to apologize for the video on the network with unacceptable statements on my part, which caused a storm of negative emotions. I understand that my words were offensive and inappropriate, ”said the occupation head of New Kakhovka.
