A few days ago, a collection of articles by members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation “On the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory” was published. It has 36 texts - according to the number of members of the Security Council. That is, everyone was noted - exactly according to the principle described in Agatha Christie’s novel “The Murder in the Eastern Express”. Some articles were written some time ago and have already been published earlier, others are composed specifically for this publication. Together, they form in a single text, quite clearly outlining the state of the minds of the current Russian leadership.

As you know, for some time, Russian officialdom can not say words without historical (more precisely, of course, quasi -stroke) parallels. Negotiations are new Yalta. The trial of the "neo -Nazis" - "Nuremberg 2.0". At the St. Petersburg Law Forum, Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko (member of the Council of People's Commissars and, accordingly, one of the authors of the collection) talked about Herzen and Narodniks for two days in a row, scolded too good autocracy, unprofiting the Decembrists and noted Vera Zasulich, and at the end with satisfied with satisfaction: “Of course, it is necessary to continue to study the entire Russian history in the Russian history. The prism of intervention and foreign influence. "
So the Council of People's Commissars would be more honest to call “Turned to the Z-History”-by analogy with the popular telegram channel. One by one, members of the Council of People's Commissars report that they learned from grandfathers and great-grandfathers, in which they adopted the experience of the USSR of the 1940s. Today, as then, one says, we support the front -line soldiers financially, legally defend historical memory, fight the traitors who spread fakes. Today, as then, another says, we will mobilize resources for victory, learn to concentrate on priorities, and lay out a balanced budget. And everyone together assures each other: "It is necessary to turn to this experience again and again."
History turned into a cargo cult. We do not just lead the country or fight crime - no, we are fighting with banditry, as then, we develop the defense industry, as then.
Moscow, Siberia, the Urals unanimously report: during the Great Patriotic War, we gave the front everything we could - and now we give.
At the same time, history is understood completely anti -historical - it is static, motionless, it has eternal enemies and eternal threats. The eternal enemy of Russia is “the collective West: the USA, the UK and other countries of the“ Anglo -Saxon part ”of the planet along with their vassals and accomplices.” From century to century, the West has been busy with the same thing: “Rusophobic instructions are taken from dusty archival shelves” and, “raising the banner of Russophobia to unprecedented heights,” goes to the “Crusade” to Rus'. In Rus', of course, he receives a bell and crawls to lick the wounds. To a new campaign.
But the main fault of the “Anglo -Saxon elites” to Russia and the world is that it was the “Anglo -Saxons that created a nutrient environment and support for Hitlerism,” and now “returned to the former support of fascist and Nazi ideology in Europe”. The idea of the birth of Nazism from the spirit of the Anglo -Saxon civilization varies throughout the collection: “The Soviet leaders did not forget that the homeland of fascism is what we call the West today, and that this is no coincidence”; “The main ideas of Nazism in their origin are not at all Germanic and not Aryan. The role of the Anglo-Saxons in the emergence and victory of National Socialism in Germany is huge. ” Cromwell and Dizraeli were personally guilty (“characteristic - ethnic Jew,” Dmitry Medvedev carefully clarifies).

It is clear that if this design was made to defend as at least bachelor's work, it would collapse in the first five minutes of discussion, like a pig’s hut under the pressure of a wolf. However, the problems would have arisen even before protection, at the stage of checking for borrowing, as the historian Igor Petrov showed the article by Medvedev. And in general, for such cases, there is a proverb about throwing stones in a glass house. Suppose, referring to the monograph by the Manuel of the Sargsyan “English roots of German fascism”, it is easy to send Michael Kellogg to almost the same name - except instead of the word “English” in the name Kellogg stands “Russians”. And the photograph of Ribbentrop published as evidence to London in 1936 is completely embarrassing to comment. And then we do not remember where the same Ribbentrop flew three years later.
In general, the eternal temptation when reading the works and listening to the speeches of members of the Russian leadership is that I really want to poke a finger in fake quotes from Bismarck, roll my eyes and say Zadornov’s voice: “Well, stupid!” But this path is wrong, dead end. Interfering with an adequate understanding of what he heard and read.
Of course, seriously disassemble the Council of People's Commissars from a historical point of view is a meaningless occupation. This is not a historical study at all, but a kind of ideological manifesto. And that ideological manifestos are written with many quasi-stroke references and timed to round dates-well, such a language from the presentation of one high-ranking amateur historian chose the Russian authorities to talk with the city and the world.
And as a manifesto, this voluminous 500-page volume deserves to read. At least it becomes clear from it that disputes about the Stalingrad Airport and a high relief with Stalin on Taganka are the completed stage. Stalin in today's Russia is not only completely rehabilitated, but is also quite quoted as a role model.
Quotes from Stalin, Portraits of Stalin, links to Stalin in the book are found at every step and without the slightest reservation.
Among his merits are not only a victory in the war, but also a reversal from Leninist internationalism to state -owned “patriotism”, and post -war friendship with the Russian Orthodox Church (and who was rotted before the war?), And in general, the wise of many -year -old leadership of the country.
Phrases like “The most visionary part of the leadership of the CPSU (b), and primarily the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Party I.V. Stalin ... ”or“ The words said by I.V. Stalin ... ”pronounced the current Russian leaders without a hint of doubt. It is proposed to adopt the experience of developing and promoting ideology from the Stalinist USSR and learn sequence in positioning oneself as a world power.
It is clear that from here it is very close to the thesis “Putin is Stalin Today”, and it sounds almost a direct text: “The institute of the leader, the national leader is not fixed in the constitutions of most states, but he is really present in the political life of many countries. As the experience of the USSR and other countries showed, it all depends on the specific situation and political, managerial talent, intelligence, spiritual and moral qualities of a person put forward by history for this role ”; “The activities of the State Defense Committee to this day do not lose its significance. If necessary, the Russian Federation can turn to the experience of leadership in a crisis situation, when all power is strictly centralized and is completely in the hands of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief. ”
It is clear that criticism of even individual Stalinist decisions with such a configuration is impossible. Otherwise, a careless reader may think that Putin may have mistakes. No misses, no repression.
For the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, Yuri Chaika, for example, all the peoples of the Caucasus are raised during the war in a single impulse against a common enemy. And then? And then? Deportation? What are the deportations? Wait, now I’m running around the dictionary of foreign words.
Even more interesting is the picture of the foreign policy that the authors of the collection draw. With the Anglo -Saxons, everything is clear, they are the main anti -Heroes. But there is no special article about them, they are smeared with a thin layer over all that. Articles on international affairs are four in volume. And two of them are dedicated to Japan, and two more - Finland.
The latter, as it turns out, has always been the focus of Russophobia, and during the Second World War became one of the main actors of the genocide of the Soviet people. After the war, the Finns were forgiven and for the sake of Soviet-Finnish friendship they hid the relevant documents away. “However, today, with the filing of Washington and London, Helsinki is struggling to slam the“ window to Europe ”“ cut ”by Peter with all his might. The revenge is included in the anti -Russian alliances, hatches new monstrous plans to destroy the Slavs and, in this regard, supports the Kiev neo -Nazi regime. ” “Washington, having put Finland in a semi-vassal addiction, is trying to make it another“ anti-Russia ”and force it to sacrifice his own well-being for the sake of other people's geopolitical tasks.”

That is, Finland is a particularly trusted Anglo -Saxons agent right at the Russian borders. A few years ago, this role would be assigned to Poland or the Baltic countries, but now Finland. And this completely coincides with what Russian Midovites say in informal conversations: after the “treacherous” entry into NATO Finland and its President Alexander Stubb (who also paid a lot of attention in the collection), became the object of especially strong feelings of the Russian authorities. Among other things, the new, “North Atlantic” Finland is considered as a hindrance to Russian dominance in the Arctic. And to the Arctic now in the Kremlin, it seems to be an exclusively reverent attitude.
By the way, with the entry of Finland, NATO is connected, perhaps, a funny fragment of the Council of People's Commissars. The representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-Western District, Alexander Gutsan, wonders: "Why did the Finns so easily and rapidly abandoned their neutrality that they cherished?" Why, back in September 2021, 51% of the Finns spoke out against the country's entry into NATO, and already in March of 2022, 62% of the respondents were in and since then this percentage has been increasing? Indeed, what happened in Europe between September 2021 and March 2022, why did the Finns suddenly wanted in NATO together? “The explanation of this is seen in the historical past of the country,” the Gutsan finds the answer. Curtain.
As Finland turns out to be an agent of Anglo -Saxons in Northern Europe, Japan plays the same role in the Far East: “Being a geographically and cultural Asian country, institutionally Japan is unambiguously part of the global West, which completely adopted political and economic features from the United States and European states.” Even in the chapter on the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the condemnation of the current “causative” Japan has been given almost more than a reminder of the sins of the Americans themselves.

In general, “the special danger of Japan’s behavior is due to the fact that Tokyo has been from the standpoint of a full -fledged representative of the“ civilized and liberal Western world ”, clearly contrasting himself with countries such as Russia, China and the DPRK.” Of course, the last three countries are all the time mentioned together, through a comma: “The fears of Russia and China ...”, “Today Moscow, Beijing and Pyongyang are observed with great anxiety ...”, etc.
So, all states are divided into those who are observing their sovereignty (that is, they support or at least do not condemn Russia's policy), and those who joined the Anglo -Saxons and follow “in the wake of the politics of the so -called Western world”. To become a “champion of liberal values” and the conductor of the Anglo -Saxon influence in a particular region - nothing worse with the country can happen.
The choice of states for criticism is very characteristic. Finland, which joined NATO, instead of maintaining “special relations” with Russia and undermining the unity of the “collective West”, and Japan is an agent of this very West in the region extremely important for Russia, a splinter in the Russian alliance with the PRC and the DPRK. That is, Anglo -Saxons, of course, are enemies. But no less (or even more) is annoyed by Western outposts outside the "Anglo -Saxon world." Vassals and accomplices, as was said.
Of course, all this is an “anti -nzonism” - Ommage to China as the chief ally of Putin's Russia. For the sake of such a partner, you can even update the interpretation of the main national shrine - the Second World War.
And it turns out that so far the United States and Britain taught Hitler Nazism, “the Soviet and Chinese peoples, having gone through the unprecedented hardships of the treacherous invasion, experiencing all the horrors of that war, led the shoulder to the shoulder a fierce struggle with aggressors, disinterestedly supporting each other, at the cost of innumerable victims won a great victory, committing a great historical historical historical A feat in the name of the dignity of mankind and the restoration of the world on the planet. " And "in the modern world, Russia and China are fulfilling a common mission - they are responsible for preserving the reliable historical memory of the Second World War." So far, they write only in joint statements by Russian-Chinese politicians, but I think we will soon see something similar in school and university history textbooks.
Does the collection “On the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory” of the reason say that the new Putin course has taken shape in some kind of clear ideology? So far, it seems, no. But its foundation is already quite distinguishable - anti -shipping: fanatical, consistent, preventing exceptions. Not just homophobia, not only the desire to filter and limit the content coming from the West, but hatred of the ideas of pluralism, personality rights, freedom of choice as such. And the dreams of the "final sunset of the false system of values of the Anglo -Saxon world." Well, to the image of the enemy over time and the positive program will be followed: Stalin, Ilyin and Confucius against the collective West.
The ideological basis, perhaps, and not without eclecticism, but I would not underestimate its propaganda potential, including international. “We are supported by the majority of the population of the Earth - citizens of countries who do not want to live in the direction of a self -called gold billion” - this, for example, is ordinary boasting. But all these discussions about the “new, fair and multipolar world order in which there can be no place for neocolonial manners”, about the “new architecture of international relations”, which will certainly appear after “denacing the agricultural territory called“ state of Ukraine ” - they are completely response in minds and hearts and“ global south ”, and, alas, inside the very“ golden billion ”. As well as the constant lamentations of “they try to erase us again from the world map and repaint in a different color,” and anti -Western resentment in general.
Well, the super -task of the authorities is quite ambitious - an anti -Petrovsky reversal. Of course, no Finns are slapping the window to Europe, but Russia itself. With a noise, a crack and a dream that it is forever. Three centuries (in fact) were Europe, and now come on, goodbye. We are an original civilization, whose main center of attraction is Southeast Asia. No wonder the Minister Lavrov recently reasoned that you could agree with the Horde, but not with the West. And Alexander Nevsky is so loved by everyone, or for something that embodies this particular model - to fight with the West, to bow to the East?
It will turn out, fortunately, it is unlikely, for the simple reason that Russia, for all its specificity, is a European country. But the longer all this erazinichnie will last, the more efforts then you will have to make to re -open the Peter's window. One lubricant for rusted loops as much as it will go away.
