A criminal case was brought against Tamara Eidelman under an article on “fakes” about the Russian army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the security forces.
A source of the agency said that the reason for the case was the post in the Telecal channel Eidelman.
In June 2024, the Moscow prosecutor’s office reported that Aidelman had a case under an article on the rehabilitation of Nazism, but on another composition. Tamara Eidelman is a former teacher and head of the Department of History of the Moscow School No. 67; In 2003, she received the title of Honored Teacher of Russia. After the start of a full -scale invasion, she emigrated from Russia. Eidelman leads his YouTube channel , which publishes historical lectures, including dedicated to the Second World War, and holds events in different countries. She openly opposes the war and criticizes the Russian authorities.
In September 2022, the Ministry of Justice was made by Aidelman to the list of “foreign agents”. Since then, she has been fined three times under an article on the absence of a “foreign” marking (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). At the end of December 2024, she was fined 50 thousand rubles in an administrative case of discrediting the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to an interview with journalist Yuri Dudu.
