Later, the organization was declared “undesirable” and recognized as a “foreign agent”. In addition, the authorities consider the “committee” to the “structural unit” of the “anti -Russian separatist movement”, recognized as “extremist”.

In February 2024, against the chairman of the “Ingush Independence Committee”, Akhmet Gudiev , a criminal case under three articles, including an article on the organization of the activities of an extremist organization (part 1 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). “Sapa Caucasus” suggests that the persecution may be connected with the “Committee” video with an appeal to join the Ingush Liberation Army. The Baza channel associated with the security forces then wrote that the UK plans to initiate affairs against other participants in the organization and mentioned Toriev, as well as Anzor Kartoev and Ruslan Evloev.

In November 2024, Toriev was introduced into the register of "foreign Agents".

On May 30 , on the same day, on May 29, the list of “terrorists and extremists” of Rosfinmonitoring included the co-founder and the head of the “Ingush Independence Committee” Ansar Garkho (Anzor Kartuev) and the press secretary of the organization Ruslan Evloev, and the ATS-INFO drew attention.
