Samadova and her husband Ramazono Rakhimov are citizens of Russia, they grow seven children. State Duma deputy Sergei Mironov proposed sending Samadov, Rakhimov and their children from Russia. The head of the Investigative Committee, known by anti -migrant sentiments, Alexander Bastrykin demanded that the certificate is verified. A criminal case of fraud was instituted against Samadova.

The investigation claims that she introduced the administration of Mytishchi false information about her husband's income and an inaccurate discharge from the house book. This, as the investigation claims, led to the unlawful provision of its family of poor and in need of housing.

The Samadova was arrested, she faces up to four years in prison. She is pregnant with the eighth child and released before the trial. A criminal case of negligence has been instituted against the former deputy head of Mytish.
