The Central District Military Court sentenced the 34-year-old resident of Ufa Kirill Bobrov to 16 years in prison in the case of the organization of an extremist community, the initiation of hatred, the justification of terrorism and five episodes of the attack. This was reported by the press service of the court.
The first five years of the term of beavers will have to spend in prison, the remaining 11 years - in a maximum security colony. He was also banned for five years to administer Internet resources.
According to the prosecution, in November 2011, Bobrov, “being a dissatisfied with the political system and state power” in Russia, created an extremist community “to initiate hatred or enmity and humiliate the dignity of businessmen, officials of state bodies and members of the United Russia party”.
The Ufa was also charged with the desire to “destabilize the activities of state authorities”, the approval of the “ideology and practice of terrorism”.
In addition, as the court report, Bobrov made five arsons of buildings of state bodies and published videos about this with comments “criticizing the political system and state power existing in the Russian Federation”.
