In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the bailiffs sent a Porsche Cayenne car confiscated by a local resident for the needs of his own. This was reported by the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service.
The man was detained for drunken driving. Since he had previously had administrative fines for violation of traffic rules, he had a criminal case under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road by a person subjected to administrative punishment).
The court decided to confiscate Porsche Cayenne. After confiscation, the bailiffs turned to the Ministry of Defense with a proposal to pick up the car “for their needs”.
“Representatives of the military department considered that the sports crossover will serve to achieve the goals of a special military operation,” the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod Office of the FSPP said.
