20-year-old Alina Khodzhieva from Irkutsk was sentenced to 420 hours of compulsory work in the case of re-demonstration of extremist symbolism (Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code). This was reported "Caution, news."
In March 2024, Khodzhieva, along with her friend, placed several anti -war inscriptions on the posts of Irkutsk on the pillars with calls to participate in the “Navy against Putin” campaign and sent them to the Opposition channel bot.
That same night the girls were detained by the police. In March, the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk arrested Khodzhiev for seven days in the case of demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In April, the same court fined the girl 40 thousand rubles according to the protocol on the discrediting of the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The girls themselves explained to the security forces that they had an action because their acquaintance died in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
After the FSB officers studied the social networks of Khojieva and found a preserved picture with Adolf Hitler in them. Because of this, a criminal case of a re-demonstration of prohibited symbols was opened on the girl.
Khojieva pleaded guilty and repented of her deed. In addition to the assigned compulsory work, the girl confiscated the phone into the state’s income, from which she sent photos with Navalny to telegram channels.
