Trump: Ukraine gave Russia an occasion to "bomb them to all hell"

Kyiv, with his attack on Russian airfields, gave Moscow an excuse to carry a massive blow to Ukraine, said US President Donald Trump to reporters on board Air Force One late on June 6th.

The US President also expressed the hope that the Russian-Ukrainian war will not develop into nuclear.

In addition, Trump commented on the Senators bill on sanctions against Russia, calling it “very strong”. At the same time, he refused to clarify whether this document supports. “They [senators] have a bill, but I decide. This is my choice, ”Trump added. According to him, the United States will impose new sanctions against the Russian Federation if they consider it necessary.

The Wall Street Journal on the eve reported that the Trump administration was trying to mitigate the Senators bill on sanctions against Russia. In particular, officials from the White House proposed adding exceptions to the document that would allow the president to choose, with respect to whom restrictions will be introduced.
