The events that the investigation formed the basis of the criminal case occurred on January 12, when the debate of the politician with academician Yuri Pivovarov*, in which Schlosberg defended his position on the need to cease to fire, took place on the Live Nail YouTube channel.

What the preliminary investigation authorities did for the future five months is unknown for certain, however, according to the supporters of Leo, they were charged with the posting of the video recording of the debate in the classmates social networks - for this they allegedly used a fake account that did not belong to the policy.

“New” has already told about the mass appearance of fake accounts of Russian journalists and opposition in various social networks, which the state uses at the right time to blame the defendants of something: from the lack of marketing “IA” to, as it is now obviously, criminal staff.

It is not very clear yet why this account was required in the old -school social network, if the video can be safely viewed at YouTube. Perhaps the investigation expects to receive some certificate confirming it, and more chances to achieve more from the Russian resource. In addition, as you know, YouTube in Russia is slowed down, and for example, the court wanted to check whether the “crime event” itself took place, and the video in the process may occur, could happen confusing.

In the debates, the police saw the re -discrediting of the army (the first administrative protocol under this article on Schlosberg was drawn up last summer). None of this was mentioned by the investigator.

Perhaps these beautiful women, the investigator and prosecutor, simply mixed up the concept of the secret of the investigation with the series of the same name. Because the other article of the CPC is 161, which is precisely devoted to the inadmissibility of the disclosure of the data of the preliminary investigation, directly says that the restrictions that have been established by the information announced in the open hearing do not fall. But the idea is promising: under the pretext of the “initial stage of the investigation”, you can close any processes to choose a preventive measure. I wonder if the Pskov initiative will become a precedent, will it extend to other regions and courts - or will the CPC will outweigh the Code of Criminal Procedure?

Nevertheless, judge Inna Timofeeva announces the meeting closed, despite the disagreement with this, lawyer Vladimir Danilov and the detainee himself, who says: “We have nothing to hide.” We manage to hear: the investigation asks Schlosberg to send under house arrest.

The preventive measure is not a cannibalist, at least before the trial, the politician will remain at home and with loved ones. During the detention, he was most worried about the elderly dad, who would learn everything from television agencies.
