The Vice Speaker of the State Duma Davankov, mother and ex-rapper Pasha Technique create a fund of his name to help drug addicts

The full name of the organization of drugs for drug addicts will be like this: the second chance of the name of Pavel Ivlev. Ivlev is the real name of the shocking rapper Pasha Technique, who died in Thailand in April 2025 at the age of 40 from the consequences of drug overdose. Pasha Technician was the Andigund star, his funeral in Moscow caused a great excitement among young people.

The fact that one of the project participants, the vice speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Davankov, told reporters in Russia, will appear in Russia. Commercial activity: Legislative initiative to combat the dependencies of Russians, educational lectures for dependent and their families, the fight against scammers who parasitize in this area, as well as the closure of illegal clinics of drug addicts in Russia.

“My son is 13 years old. I want him to live in a country where he will not encounter drugs. And if it collides-I, as a parent, will know where to go, ”Davankov said at a press conference on the establishment of the fund.

The founders of the Fund are the mother of rapper Nadezhda Ivlev and clinical psychologist Viktor Blinov, among the leaders - the founder of the Rehabilitation Clinic "Freedom" Anton Sokolov and the head of the survivor project, who helped drug addicts. The project “Survivors” is also known for the fact that photographer Dmitry Markov, who died with drugs, collaborated with it.

The trusteeship of the future fund will be included in Davankov and the ex -wife of Ivlev Eva Karitskaya. And the famous musicians of Guf and Basta can become public faces of the Fund. There is no consent from them yet, but the discussions are coming, representatives of the future trusteeship curled .

Vyacheslav Davankov is not the first time in the news with the mention of the rapper Technique. Earlier, he entered into an open conflict with Ekaterina Mizulina because of her interest in the work of the rapper. The deputy demanded that Mizulin verify for possible extortion, because, according to him, Mizulin first demanded to check Elivv-technology for the distribution of “destructive content”, and then suddenly removed the claims. Mizulina, in response, demanded that Davankov’s actions are verified by the deputy ethics commission, and also promised to submit applications for slander.
