One of the operators paid Pskovich 50 rubles for five days without the Internet, Pskov Province reports with reference to the social network. As a resident of the region said, he received such compensation after he applied to the operator with a statement.

The Internet restrictions in the Pskov region are needed to ensure the safety of critical objects, said Governor Mikhail Vedernikov.

“I often hear the question of why it was not notified about the upcoming shutdown in advance, as it was on Victory Day. Friends! On May 9, we needed to ensure the safety of participants in a mass event with certain temporary and territorial framework.

Now we are talking about a different situation, public preparation for which is simply impossible, ”he wrote in his telegram channel, emphasizing that the situation is temporary.

The authorities of the Russian regions limit the work of mobile Internet due to attacks of seedlings. For example, at the end of May, such measures were introduced by the Ivanovo, Oryol, Vladimir, Lipetsk, Tula, Voronezh and Yaroslavl regions.

Interruptions in the work of mobile Internet in the Pskov region are observed since last week. On June 16, residents of Pskov and Great Luke complain about the lack of a network. Pskov mainly receive complaints from the outskirts of the city, while in the center of some users the Internet works.
